EDIT @OP You now have written proof that CjRex is in possession of your models. If you do not receive your half of the trade, or your models are not returned to you in a reasonable time frame, kindly take this as far as legally possible, some people are a little slow to learn with the softly softly approach, a sound rap across the nose with a newspaper can often provide greater results in far less time.

Because my brother is a drunk. As he had parts shipped to our house cuz his car broke down at our house. So when the parts got their, or what he thought where his parts he left and had his car towed. He's not very bright.

And it's not like that. I never had the tau, he just showed up. But I'm not gonna expect anyone to believe that. But once I have his stuff shipped off I'm gonna ask that my account be shut down. And not use dakka anymore.

Let put it this way, the only way anyone would even think of beliving you is if you upheld the deal you made, and sent the Grey Knights since you have the Tau. I know it might be hard, but adults stick to the word.

As a fedex employee, and a delivery guy at that. you can contact the terminal it was delivered from and most likely the driver will remember the package/who signed for it, especially if it was dropped off at a neighbors(witch we dont do when signatures are needed)

Just keep this thread updated wreeper, sounds like it will all be resolved which is good and less messy.

CjRex, please keep us updated ASAP on when these models ship, as well as the models for tm038. This is 2 outstanding transaction reports against you. I'm also acquainted with a lot of the members of the Iron Fist League, so if it comes to it they can be involved (as well as the police, as wreeper has considered). Please do the right thing, save yourself any further consequences, and ship both packages tomorrow (Saturday). The post office should be open until about 2pm. Whatever you need to tell your mother to get there, it is better than the alternative of people telling her you have been negligent in trading... not to mention the police.

So again, please keep us updated, and resolve this ASAP now that you have found the models in question. There should never be such a long delay before sending your half of a trade out, particularly with tm038's models, which have been due for over a month!

I will get them out ASAP but it will have to wait till Monday. As my mom has work and do not have the tau on me, I left to go vist my father. I will let you know when they are shipped out. And I was never trying to scam him so please keep the IFL and the police out if this. I will get them out ASAP.

im beginning to think these grey knights have already been traded. They are packaged and ready to go apparently, sitting in his closet.

The sad part is, I was actually looking forward to the grey knights.

I can almost guarantee that if you do not keep your word on sending Monday that police SHOULD get involved. Getting called in to work is fine, but really you should have told them that you need to get this handled either before you can come in or in the middle of the shift.

This is where responsibility kicks in. If you didn't want to be in this position, then you really shouldn't have tried your hand at trading if you couldn't handle something going wrong. I've had a TR against me before, and when it came up I handled it immediately.

I would caution those who are waiting for resolution not to accept any further excuses.

Excuses used so far:
I never got them.
My buddy used my account before.
It was under some paperwork
I didn't have enough money to send them
My brother signed for it
My buddies house burned down
Mom has work and I'm off at daddy's house and didn't think to bring the items with me to send out.

CjRex, I will give you until Tuesday (tomorrow) evening before I contact the Iron Fist league regarding this. That's a one day extension and there can be no further excuse on it not going out by tomorrow.

You have until tuesday 6pm your time (which is the fedex/ups drop off) to get me a tracking number or I will be contacting the police and reporting stolen property.

I go to fedex today after work and pickup the copy of the digital signature. I will post that image in this thread.

Was just messaged that the package has been shipped. No tracking number though, so we shall see.

I've rarely seen disputes with no tracking info resolved satisfactorily. It's a shady practice.

At the very least Delivery Confirmation costs like $.75.

Crap like this is why I almost never trade with people, and when I do I cover my ass.

I truly hope this gets resolved for you Wreeper, it's an unfortunate situation to be in.

Priority mail and standard post both include tracking for free. First class requires the additional fee.

Yeah, if you don't get a tracking number I'd still go ahead and file a police report.

This really stinks of stalling. I'm sure the police will tell you to wait a few days to see if the items turn up, but it will be good to start laying the groundwork now.

Agreed. This reeks of him trying to buy time. Get your groundwork done now and get the police in the loop.
