This month I'll be focusing on the DV Ravenwing squad for Para's painting comp but I want something else to do on the side. Can't decide what though. Torn between doing the new Harlie Shadowseer, the aspiring chaos champ Vrosh Tattersoul from DV, the DV librarian Turmiel or the new Sydonian Dragoon I bought..... Tell you what, why don't you lot decide as I can't. What should I paint next ?
This month is gonna be a bit tricky as my financee moves in in a week, my family is arriving in 2 weeks and I'm getting married in 3 weeks. Busy busy busy month. Always time for painting though lol

Before I choose, do you prefer to change armies often, or stick with one for a while?

ehmm - not really sure....only started painting again last december! Guess I jump around a bit to keep things fresh. Been doing a lot of grey recently so steering away from too much grey for a bit

Then I say chaos champion. Nice bit of red (or whatever you choose) and keep the brain active.

I also think it's also ironic that you would be painting a Chaos mini in a month when you're getting married

Hahahah - aye, think I fancy a wee bit of Chaos for a change. The detail on those DV chaos marines is gorgeous so I'll start with ol' Vrosh.

I would go with the chaos champion, will be a good change up from the harlequins, I've been thinking about painting some of mine,torn between iron warriors, thousand sons or alpha legion though. I already painted two of them in pre heresy world eaters colours, not too fussed about painting them all different legions.

Chaos it is. Will paint him in Crimson Slaughter's colours, to go with the Helbrute I painted a bit ago. Looking forward to painting the Dragoon soon too but still haven't totally worked out the scheme

Amazing work on that Harlie jetbike diorama. Though I think, Cultist and Vlka Fenrika alike will be very very dead.

Ohhhhh haven't been giving the elder much love recently :( apparently there may be some more new elder releases on the way......could we be seeing updated aspect warrirors???? Probably not in the meantime have made a start on the death jester that's been langinuishing in my cabinet. Fiddly wee bugger he is!!!!

Death Jester looking sweet.

That Jester is coming on great, really nice Diamond work so far.

The diamond work is brilliant isn't it. Wish my hands were that steady!

not as hard as it looks. clutch pencil first is a must though (and thx : ) )

Cool death jester, more diamond patterns, good start. Are you going to make this one into a diorama? Would look sweet crouched on the ruin in some trees or brush about to ambush an unsuspecting foe!

Pencil? Yea good plan. I'm currently putting square Checks on a not-square-wavy banner, it seemed a good idea a few hours ago....
