Considering that the DA codex is coming second, it is quite possible that stuff will be reasonably priced compared to the C:SM. Which just irritates me as a BA player.

In points or dollars? The former is likely but the latter is pretty much impossible. The slow inevitable decline of your points will probably continue only because it benefits GW, not because of any balance reasons since they're doing it to everyone. Pretty much all my old 3rd edition 1850pt lists are just over 1500pts now.

Prices that Timotheus listed were 23 EUR for the Interrogator-Chaplain and 24 EUR for the Librarian.

That puts them at $29 USD and $29.75 USD(respectively).

Yep; littered with BA iconography in difficult to remove places.

I do like the look of that Interrogator Chaplain, not quite as sold on the look of the Terminator Librarian.

On a side note, I find it odd that the Terminator Librarian is a differnt paint job in the full size picture compared to the detail shots (guess it is just to show the different loadouts).

That chappy will be my first gw mini since the Sternguard kit! I really like it.

I wonder if they include a slung/holstered Storm Bolter if you end up using the Vader force crushing hand... WYSIWYG and all....

Really liking the chaplain, the lib terminator no thanks the BA one is a superior sculpt and so is the DV lib.

chaplain is cool, but not 40$ cool (but then, not a lot if these clampack are worth the price they're asking, bar a few wxception su as the haemoculus),

The librarian is pretty much a waste of ressources.You could make a better TDA lib than this by using the grey knights termitators kit.

n Darktalon/Nephilim Kits in a Darkwing Formation.
Land Speeder formations.
Bikes with RWCS and Sammael.
Belial with DWCS and DWK Formation.
Maybe some Chaplain stuff for CSM special rules.

Yeah, the position of that powerfist makes it appear to be easy to be changed for something else, too. But, is the DA chaplain allowed to take other stuff? I can't recall.

I am pretty happy I've decided to hold off painting my SM models for so long....

Now I'm thinking of painting them up in a generic analog scheme to back and forth between a DA successor and Vanilla marines.

Also note, this is the second DA codex I've bought and never actually played....

In the current DA dex Chaplain does have access to other gear, so it is possible to swap the PF for something else.

Any rules leaks yet? Are we getting Grav weapons?

Grav is for pussies.

I say it time and time again: I want special bolter ammunition on our veteans. I don't care for grav.

Just an affinity with Plasma weapons is fine by me! Don't care for the rest!
