the glow feels like 'yuk' to me. Especially the eyes.

I can relate to this, struggled with getting a glow effect too.

If I didn't decide to stick the red wings on his head I think I would have been finished ages ago, lost count the amount of times they fell off or I nudged them by mistake

I was going to attempt some lighting on the mace head but far too much caffeine put that idea to rest, need to swap to tea when painting.

Here's my entry for this month

Photos done, I wish I hadn't run out of time on this, I keep seeing bits I think I could have done much better... :(

And, fun fact, after I took the photos, I dropped her while carrying her up some stairs... Knocked her head off and snapped her spear haft. Can't believe it.

Anyway, here she is, Anand Starfall, Ash Queen of the Exodite Eldar on her trusty bonded dracoline, Aedh.

Man, she is something! Truly wonderful work! Really.

You must have been gutted dropping her! Have you managed to patch her up?

This month is shaping up to have some belting work!

Haven't even worked up the courage to look at the damage too closely, yet. The head should be fine, the scratched up paintwork will take a bit longer to fix, and the spear haft will most likely be a nightmare to repair and make look good. It's so thin and delicate... :(

Man I’m sorry to hear that. I remember how I felt when my big barbarian met with an accident… it sucks to put so much work into something only for it to end in disaster. At least you got some nice pics in first! Silver linings…

Good luck fixing her up Cancelled Apocalypse. Glad you got the photos first, it's a great looking model.

I took my first steps into Burrows and Badgers for my entry this month. Made a nice change from the usual GW stuff I normally do. Hopefully the enjoyment continues so I can finish all the models in the proof pic....

Thanks Olthannon. She's supposed to be leading a force of exodites, but she got decapitated before I could even give her an army!

I'll have a go at fixing her today, wish me luck!

I haven’t finished the base yet, but the model is pretty much there. I’ll post some pictures later today.

Here are two Tabaxi Bards, who have multi-classed into Cleric. They're on a mission from God, to get the band back together.

The base is not done, but the NMM on the Saxophone is just starting to come together.

OK, calling this done. I might not get to the vote thread until the weekend.

But go poke around in the shadows and paint something for Jan.
