Alright... I got some sleep, put the coffee on, now I'm going to edit and add a bit more to my intro post. I'm rather excited for Niles Crunch and his Shredder Hounds meets Bob's elite Tempertus Scions. So, now to add more detailed info sending off messages.

I'm not writing anything atm, just because of the simple reason of laziness. I'll get back into it eventually...But not in the next few days.

I'm waiting on word back from chazz for some stuff on my new guys, but we'll get more tales of men and orks soon.

So... I started editing but got caught up reading about how the make up of our memory is colors, sounds, emotions, a myriad of things. Several hours later, I'm back here.

Edit: And I'll openly admit how envious I am to the amount of dialogue Palius and Bob has in their posts... Probably the most entertaining parts.

Speaking of ramblings, Irish and I have made some arrangements about the fate of our Chaos forces in Cogger. We're going to try and wrap things up a bit (on the Chaos side, at least) in one big post, which hopefully sheds some more light on the events that took place there. To make sure everyone agrees on the outcome, I'll be sending everyone involved in Cogger the entire piece before posting it in the main thread.

Now, I do have to confess that I've completely lost track of who was involved in Cogger, especially on the Imperial side I've got Chazz, Irish, Drakka, EoN and myself, but I can't remember who else was contributing to the battle

Which is funny because I want want to write a nice and long combat blurb. I recently finished a nice combat exercise and got a lot of experience regarding house clearing, it will help for future posts.

I've mostly been enjoying the cloak and dagger politics between Imperial's and the Tau. Freaking heretical but it adds that extra spice of secrecy behind the copious amount of bloodshed everyone's been spilling.

Combat pieces are great but my personal fear is: when do they stop? Especially with Warhammer 40K sized battles, there's so much detail left to help paint the picture. I wish I had your courage, I've been rather hesitant myself.

Who exactly do you want your Scion's to turn their guns on next, if you don't mind me asking?

WK had her Eldar there and her Regiment on its way landing at my basecamp as everything is going down.

Chazz - Inquisition/ Penal Legion
Myself - Calvary Regiment
WK - Eldar and Air Clavary Regiment
Irish - Nurgle
Erza - Choas
EoN - Choas
And somebody was Lizardmen

Kharne has the lizardmen

Edit: So, my post oozed with rule breaking so I deleted. I guess every interaction needs rolls, which wasn't entirely clear on the rolls. So tracker shots and gakky, roughly gauged mine field were big no-no's. When I get rolls back from Tactical I'll make another kinda similar but ultimately different and shorter.

Hehe, Mason chilling out in a dirty old gulag. Man, if I ever found out I was in one of those I'd probably cry myself to sleep the first few nights. Lolz

Well, I just made a damn fool of myself in the forums but what else is new. Good news is I found the page in my history where I edited and deleted my post, so I can salvage it. Honestly, I won't be using it but I couldn't justify tossing away 4k words out the window like that. So that brings me some mild comfort.

Actually it was more like a Minotaur, 12ish Basilisks, and 12ish Medusae

That's the plan, Hives are way to large

It's still way too low a number imo...consider the immense amount of bombs dropped on cities in WW2 and it still took way longer to clear out cities.
