Ooc: I don't know what a rail rifle is/does.

OOC: Rail Rifles are Str6 AP1 special weapons that are basically mini Railguns. They propel a magnetic slug down rails at an extremely high velocity. Basically I just made your mouth slightly longer.

*finally seems to come to a realization*
