Good Luck with your 642 novel, the characters were excellent in the Siege of Terra. It would be excellent for it to be BL approved.

Finally finished all 44 pages myself and just had to register to say thanks to DLS for making the long hours at work more bearable.
So...I was really ill recently and when I get ill, I get delirious and have fever induced hallucinations.
At the time I had only read the first couple of pages of this thread and it happened to pop into one of my episodes and it went like this.
After the Emprah died they pull him off the throne to find he'd been sat on an envelope.
They open the envelope to find a message inside that reads.
"I'm a PC and Windows 7 was my idea. No really I was Bill Gates!"

I am writing an actual novel of the 642 and their inception. Some changes have been made (it's actually during the regular 40K timeline for instance) but the Task-Force that you (and I) have come to love is all present and correct and now with some extra familiar and new faces. Can't go into too much detail, but I'm near the end of first-drafting, will do the second-draft review then maybe get a indipendent reading for a final draft then provide my potential overlords at BL the final draft. Here's hoping
But don't worry, I will post a proper update soon, I promise
Take your time on the update. Kudos for you for having the guts to get in contact with BL! Glad thats working out for you. One thing to consider tho, if you do end up getting it published, all of Dakka will know your full name (assuming it isn't already on QOTPA)  also, I promise that yours will be one of the few BL publications that I (may or may not have) read on Scribd.

based on the way some of the Priarch models look and from the artwork, I would say this. (also disturbingly like the Emperor)
