Thanks folks, the next section is almost finished, bit difficult doing it in amongst 'From Cadia To Nowhere', WHICH is now I would say eight chapters from completion and editing

I definetly cant wait to read from Cadia to nowhere! How many pages is it and what point in time does it take place? Does it take place during the founding of the squad or something like their first operation? So many questions must be answered and I dont want to wait for it to be edited and finished!!!!

Please for the love of everything that is holy (amongst these holy relics are DLS's works), please dont get this thread locked due to the hordes of followers screaming MOAR! A part of died when I saw the thread locked.

I don't know if many of you will remember, but this wee old thread on Dakka Fiction was a hypothetical discussion on what woud occur after the Emperor died which eventually evolved into a full-blown fiction by myself. Many of you showered it with praise (which I'm massively grateful for) however upon rereading it I'm not entirely happy with the quality.

Being myself, I am unable to let such things stand - so here I am again, with the Rebirth of the Death of The Emperor!

I'm going to rewrite the whole thing, in proper prose and without the obvious mistakes that are a bit glaring to me now. So here's hoping something good comes out of it

1: Szarekh, last and greatest of the Silent Kings, returns and awakens th entirety f the Necron reace, launchoinga assive offensive against the tyrsanids and hunting the Vid dragon for reasons unknown.

2: The remaining Eldar, sensing great upheaval, rush to prevent the "soulless ones" from regaining complate domination of the Galaxy.

3: The Old Ones return to the galaxy, attempting to make peace with the Tau and Demiurg, are hailed by the Eldar and Hrud as saviours.

4: The ctan regain power, assaulting the Chaos Gods and Old Onesa like.

5: Horus, regenerating in the Warp, returns and swears to repay Humanioty for the Heresy.

6: New Great Presences are sensed arriving in the Warp, including "Great Rat" and Malal.

7: More outrageous abuses of the End times appear, including the Glottkin, Sigmar vs the Eperor on friday, and Ngash

8: no seriously what about a chaos god of death, and Nagash (or somehting like that) as the god of undeath?

And finally, revised 'crons:

Trillions o Necrons wake and spread throughout the galaxy, just as the crazed scientists of Zantragora improbably arrive at....SUCCESS!!! Apotheosis has been achieved for one Lord, only for the Necrons to realise that he stil had no soul, and he died after falling down the stairs. But seriously, the Necrons start to flood the Tyranids, halting their advance as the forces of a previously-unknown Space Marine Legion with strange markings and a Golden Priamrch (hey, sigmar/lost primarch crossover? Tzeentch, stop messing with them!) appear from the Warp and begin an onslaught towards a massive Hive Fleet ship With a brain-like structure on it. To clarify, a hundred thousand mile diameter brain structure, on a ship capable of destroying pretty much all of a segmentum if it wanted to.
