@Lurker - drop me an email and we'll sort it out . Guys must have overlooked the comment. ATM I'm working on a solution that should prevent that from happening in the future .

BTW - note that the "custom order" option does not work on all sets. On some that would be hard to "split" into similiar parts it's not possible - for example "candles, books, skulls..." set. But usually it is clearly stated in the item description.

Have to say, stuff is awesome.

I'm a little disappointed though. I ordered 6, and asked for a single specific type of Gothic Backpack (so I'd get 6 of the one kind). I got two sprues with the three different types on it (so I have two of each).

I was under the impression that if you left them a note in the shopping cart that they would make such alterations to your order. Have they stopped doing that? Or was it an oversight on their part?

Any ideas?

Hi,

internet just ate my post. Grrr.

Basically I got some stuff (which is great. Very nicely cast) and am happy.

However I ordered 6 of the same type of Gothic Backpack. I got two of each different type.

Anyone know if they still maintain the policy of making the bits for you if you want only a specific part off a sprue?

Not sure if there is a policy passé but If you contact them directly (before placing your order ) and ask them they might be able to help, did you get a reply before you placed your order ?

I would try this next time,I have always found them most helpful, but there may be limits to what they can and are prepared to do.

It would be best to ask and get a reply first, that way they will be aware of the circumstances and will be ready to deal with it.

I just wanted to say that I ordered some of the great coat legs last week, and considering it was Easter Bank Holiday in the UK they came very quickly.

Very good communication with the store regarding the order, very reasonable postage and they came very quickly (especially as they came all the way from Poland).

The legs themselves I am also very happy with. I might have been better waiting for the resin version but am planning on buying a LOT more and wanted to get my hands on them to see what they were like.

The metal ones had some mold lines on which would be esier to remove from resin, but they filed off easily enough. I will get some photos up when I have finished assembling everything but all in all I was very happy, will definitely be ordering more.

Looks pretty cool to me

I'd really like a pair of the middle head; if anyone isn't that thrilled with theirs we could make a deal.

You know... as cool as those heads are... (and I do love them), I can see clear race affiliations with most of them, but there isn't the most obvious... tau, marine, eldar, chaos, normal human (marine again). But nothing there screams "Necron" at me.

Love them though... really well made.

I was under the impression that they were intended to be used as 1K sons heads, maybe that is just me!

Just thought I'd chime in and say I ordered the Biohazard backpacks and they arrived and look great! I had asked for a special order of just a single design, and got exactly that. Arrived in a little less than 2 weeks, too. These are gonna look awesome on my plague marines. I'm sure I'll be putting in another order as my army expands.

Thanks, Przemas!

Just got my greatcoat legs and german heads in, only a couple of weeks after I ordered them (which is a pleasant surprise that they made it from poland to ky in such a short time)

Box got crushed in shipping and had a small hole, but thankfully, the boxed was stuffed full of packing peanuts and nothing fell out. thanks guys! I'll deffinitely be ordering more in the future!

no worries, we'll update stock levels as soon as we'll get back from Salute . The rush before event is pretty damn crazy - especially considering the fact we'll have some staff shortage during the event - we'll miss Karolina much this year. Hopefully she'll be able to go with us next year .

But here's last of the new releases I've wanted to add before Salute - nuclear guns:

http://t.co/igMGzLLJ

Hopefully I'll be able to take some prereleases .

Also I have my fingers crossed for the 3d printjob I've just started today - I'd really like to show what we can come up with using our crazy machine .

They really need to take a cue from Puppetswar and offer them individually.

@biccat: we don't have to - we've done such deals from our very beginnig, years back .
I'll once again quote something from the main page of the webstore:
"Custom orders possible on most of the sets - if you wish to receive some specific combination of bits in the set (but still within the quantity of the items in the set) let us know which ones do you want in the comments field before checkout." .

Puppetwars has only just started to release heads in single sets, as for Maxmini you can have an assortment of what you want

So these have been out of stock for a while... is there an estimate on when you'll have them back in stock?

That's the only one I don't think I've really got a use for; so when they're back in stock, I'll order some and we can work something out.

Any idea when they're restocking the greatcoat legs? I'm going to need some more stormtroopers soon...

The one with the round lenses is your troop's professor/library nerd come out to the field to grab that relic while the rest of the troopers fight off the bad guys. Very nice helmets all and all.

Absolutely awesome helmets, my only concern is that at 28mm scale, some of the details will be to small to paint, the tiny "crosss mouth grill" and skull above the eys on the top left one, for example.
