just about recovered from Salute. was great to see the Kit & Joel there (that 30 minutes where the hall was only full of people with pre-bought tickets was bliss!). They definitely looked besieged when I went back later

I bought a bunch of hatches to outfit one of my Rogue Trader land raiders, and they're great - didn't realise that the circular one was quite as big as it is though. I also didn't know that the hatches fit together without glue, and have working hinges!

new rivet strips were great, I thought they'd be much harder, like a plasticard strip that you slice the rivets off of, in fact they're made of very soft resin that can wrap around things like armour and shoulderpads. the preview strip I got had a few that were slightly out of line, but they're easy to spot and cut out if need's be

well kit! sounds like you had mucho fun...and no wonder that you had lots of guys oggle over those amobelts... the idea behind that is truly genius!^^

Too late now but where was your stand?

I kept an eye out all day (and a twenty in me pocket!) but couldn't see hide nor hair of Zinge (or in the brochure).

I was with Anvil Industry defending our store against the hordes of customers besieging us. I wasn't in the brochure as I was a late addition - Next year I will not be quite so timid.

Hokey Kokey then - may I present Flexible rivet strips:

Available in 5 variations:

1. Double
2. Single
3. Large single
4. Large nobbles or
5. Ramshackle

100mm long, glue and paint easily extremely bendy and sharply detailed.

See following shots for examples of use. Took about 5 mins to cover the egg in rivets.

Note the "S" bend in the ramshackle strip

Strips can be stretched about 10 - 20% to hide short cuts

The sample set of 5 is £2.50

In the future sets of 1m of a single type should be £4.50

wow...that bended rivetstripe...holy cow...! the hexagin rivet stripe and the double rivetstripe...that is just god darn sexy...as a riveteer speaking... OMG!

and did i read you correctly? one meter of one type of rivetband for 4.50 pounds? one meter? (no criticism...just wanting to verify the price here...) how on goods earth are you making one meter´s worth of these stripes? five times of 20cm ? but that´s still a long mould to pour resin in... my hat is off to you good sir!

With your skills of making flexible strips, how about a crenulated strip that's flexible so people could bend it around armor to look like cogs? Probably not a good idea, after all who would make an army that would use cog patterns as their motif?

Hi Kit just wondering what the E.T.A is on the hand cannons and resin strips is, want to place an order for stuff so will place it all together.

Just got my "box o' Zinge"!! Woo hoo! Great stuff! Everything arrived in good shape, casts are excellent, even a couple of odd bits thrown in for good measure. I have no idea what I'm going to do with any of the stuff I ordered... but I love it!

@Grundz - Yes - £4.50 or 4.5GBP or 4.5 GonkPonks for 1m (1 big Yard) 10 x 10cm strips. This is an estimate but i see no reason for it to change I will confirm price once I get the production system running.

Did I say moulding? I meant casting - I was making moulds last night whilst being entertained by Vik, Dave and yourself talking absolute twaddle.
