Too early to say that the legs look like they are mechanical and not human? No way a human knee is going through a joint like that. I don't care to be honest. Just like the Mantic Enforcers, I am cool with the idea of cyber legs.

They look very good. Nice work guys

Crikey there'll be some amount of prep work cleaning all those parts! That said, purely from a sci fi point of view they are really pretty cool looking.

Kits like that, and I think we'll see GW going out of business soon enough.

Those soldiers are fantastic. Simply fantastic.

Why do you guys keep trying to sell us stuff that we ask for. You should learn from GW and sell us stuff that looks terrible and has less compatibility. Why listen to these nuts on the Internet? Don't you know the Internet is a fad that won't last?

That is AMAZING. All joking aside I think that's the most configurable mini from any manufacturer on the planet.

Agreed, although I would say only for the legs. The torsos look a little fixed (upper portion and abs don't seem to be rotated much in relation to each other in the assembled views) and most of the compliments are on the legs.

If the yet-to-be-seen-assembled arms are similar, though... wow. Could be a huge hit (assuming the price isn't insane- a multipack like they have for the zombies would be a good idea).

I am curious to see what kind of weapons they will get. Going by the quality of previous weapons w should be in for a treat!

My only issue... is that these are a fairly significan't departure from the standard marine. I understand why of course... if you make something this complex and comprehensive you want it to be distinctly yours & not just an altered version of something else. That being said... I don't think they'll mix well into a more standard force unless you set them aside for some special kind of troop so that the striking armor difference can be explained by special equipment or some such.

As a stand-alone force however... they'd be phenomenal.

Are you kidding?!? of course you're not going to use these along regular SM - they'd make the normal PA look abysmal! Really, this stuff is great for stand-alone use - whole armies, if the price is right. Knowing PW, that'll probably be fine. (Hell, I still don't quite get how they can get away with the low pricing on those turrets All I'd need now is some regular machine gun weapons for that MKII turret and I'd be ordering 6 right away!)

Yes and yes. it does look great, but IMO it is too fiddly, too many parts. However Im not in the market for IG type minis, so by all means do not take my opinion as typical.

I immediately thought of making them a team for Dreadball... you could make them in actual football poses!

With how beefy they look, I think they would make really good replacement SM Devestator's. I am hoping their Cyber Undead line of heads will match well with these guys as I have a cunning plan...

Ok well it's not that cunning, just stick the heads on them and voila!

Agreed . I just hope the arms and weapons measure up! Alternate torsos (since they'd be easy to make different options for) would be most welcome, too.

Well I bit the bullet and ordered 3 Thundercrows (or whatever he calls that fighter) in anticipation of the DA book and with consideration for the SM book. Hope he gets on building a large fusalage nose mounted machine gun bit to add to it.....hint hint....

Those marines would make some idiotically cool troopers for Sedition Wars. Either actual powered armor, or just heavy armor, compared to the normal Vanguard troopers.

Or obviously for 40K some sort of carapace armored Imperial Guard. They are quite high tech for the norm, but that's just fine. They'll look different enough from standard Space Marines to not be confused (I really like the integrated "backpack"), and they aren't too far out of the realm of Imperial Guard possibility, if the Vitrian Dragoons from Gaunts Ghosts can have trenchcoats made from glass as mesh armor!
