Basically, there were still Chapter but these acted just like companies do now.

This is wrong, a common misconception, but still wrong. For the EC its actually pretty close, but only the smallest legions (EC, SW, TS) were 10,000. The biggest (WB and UM) were upwards of 100,000 and most were somewhere in the middle

BTW, The Mechanicus Frigate is an advanced one, the way the Rephosus controls it is by controlling the Magos's who pilot it, because he can influence the minds of bionic people.

And the Daemon left me. It'll just come to your machine when you need to. Assume you had a trap or something.

Really admiral is in control, but for appearances I am.in charge. I can't do squat without Rephosus driving. Its just cause I am ranking marine (I am a Terminator=Veteran)

I am controlling all the crew members that are mechanicum because they are part machine ad i control machines.
