Try getting to Free Running as fast as possible...

They are pretty low in a church.

Find a hospital you can enter, there should be plenty. Hospitals and PDs are needed by new players, so they tend to be kept at a level that can be entered, unless there's a zombie horde around.

I guess it's a good thing I randomly picked scout and got free running.

BD: 5% FAK drop rate in Chruches, 14% for hospitals. Remember the wiki is your friend. Find a hospital with VSB or lower, there should be one nearby, maybe Cuthbert.

Cuthbert needs to be taken down from EHB.

Yes, light improves accuracy.

Not exactly. There are some buildings that are considered "dark" when they don't have power. That list is: Banks, Cinemas, Clubs, and Fort Armouries

Dark buildings have a ton of effects when they don't have power, including decreased hit rate (and, you can't see dead bodies, so there may be a zombie in there with you!)

Every other type of building, if it isn't powered, there aren't nearly the same drawbacks (basically, just search rate). Your to-hit chance is not effected.

Yeah, dropped a zombie and took another down to about 10hp outside the building just below the south east corner of the mall.

I've stopped going outside.

They come inside often enough that there's no real need.


Plus, all that AP I save from walking out and back in, I get to spend in the gun store, finding empty pistols.

Well that would certainly explain why I missed with 28+ swings at a zombie I was attempting to bring down, I should have known, but will keep it in mind frrom now on.

Getting mixed information: Nearby accounts report that the zeds are disbanding but further away they are reporting much more approaching us. Maybe they are regrouping with another mob?

I tried punching a zombie twice lol. I headed back to the church to scrounge for some medkits. No other way for me to get experiance as a doctor atm.

Try a hospital in an adjacent suburb. You only need 30 of them before you have enough experience to buy free running and come back to Chud. It might sound like a lot but you can do it in under a week. Maybe only a few days if you get lucky.

Also, once you get the FAKs you can come back and we'll give you priority to use them on us until you have free running.

After free running, get diagnose if you don't have it already.

It is a serious time saver for anyone who uses first aid kits.

yeah doctor comes with it and 2 medikits... and that is it :(

I'll cache up AP and head over to west becktown. Since it's white I figure they will be accessable. Hopefully...

Zeds broke down the Caigar barricades again, got 2 of them combat rezzed and got the barricade back up to VSB. There's still one in the SE corner inside.

Got it down to 36HP with my shotguns but i'm out of AP.

Whelp I got ansy and tried to head down to a hospital before I had enough AP... and got killed lol.

Made my way to Latrobe, Here is our outlook. It does seem as If the horde is breaking, or a Good bit haven't stood up.
