Tanks and their crew are currently counted as one number together.

You're 167 - Driver Pintus of the Leman Russ Battle Tank "Emperor's Honour". I do believe the tanks and crew are numbered together simply because the tank itself cannot function as one unit without all its parts working as one both mechanical and biological.
