Yes. I'll need to ask around my friends who are deeper in that community, but apparently some rumors are flying that someone has been questioned/possibly arrested. It's all very muddy rumor right now, but I'll see what I can dig up.

I'm pretty sure it's Ammonia + Bleach = WWI battlefield. I *do* know that Lysol and Chlorox will combine to make stinky, eye watering death because a friend of mine personally encountered that in a classy rural hotel he worked at one summer... one of the kitchen staff (a new guy) decided to mix the two in a bucket to clean the kitchen floors. They had to close for the day and ended up throwng the bucket out, too. Luckily no-one was injured, as the head chef saw what the guy was doing and got everyone (including the amateur chemist) out of the kitchen before the fumes had a chance to overpower anyone.
