A beautiful Troggoth if ever I've seen one!
Final pics of my (still unnamed) Sorcerer:

(I also figured I'd give him an alternate "on foot" base seeing as I already magnetised his feet):

Turns out I did get the pics done tonight, so here's one messy wizard. Caleb Widogast from Critical Role's second campaign. I remember being somewhat disappointed by the CR minis from Steamforged and on the whole I stand by that, but to be fair Caleb was among the better ones in the set and as a wizard with maxed out Intelligence and the Keen Mind feat giving him a perfect memory, he fits the theme nicely. Nothing fancy about the paintjob, as right now just keeping it within the lines is a win for me (I was wearing pinhole glasses to focus while painting, not something I'd recommend but at the mo, sadly necessary.) Still, and entry is an entry, and honestly it's better than I thought it would be.

Late late entry for me, been so busy with work recently. Decided to throw in a Librarian as his "masterful mind" can rip apart the fabric of spacetime.

Hi All

This entry only happened because of some encouraging words from Chris56, so I'd like to dedicate it to him also wanted to get it in on the day rather than you guys having to wait for me to take photos (sorry not my best model to have dedicated to you Chris, its still a bit rough and very much to table top standard but you made it happen)

Proof (only remembered after a bit of blue)

Ate up too much time doing and re-doing the skin. I'm probably a couple of days away from finishing. Another month where I can't get it in on time.

Well...here is my last-minute entry as well!
Some really great entries this month - great to see both MG and Para keeping their rolls going.

Here is my roll continuing also (though not as long as some of you!)...

Thanks and see you all in 'The Long War'.

Late in showing off the finished photos by an hour, thought I'd post them now rather than leave them to the morning.

Genuinely enjoyed this model, it's a shame I didn't get the chance to finish the lieutenant but ah well, he's not far off.

This is the Excoriators 5th Company Corpus-Captain Torix Luxadian, who crossed the Rubicon Primaris and was promoted to lead the 5th company from the Honoured First, following the destruction of the entire company by a Khorne Blood Crusade.

Lots of nice last minute stuff guys!

Remember, one perk of me running this is that I’m in the Eastern time zone. At the time of me writing this, you still have a couple hours to go. And honestly, I’m too old to stay up till midnight just to close it, so you have until breakfast tomorrow.

If anyone needs a little more time than that, just chime in. But barring that, I’ll put up September’s in the morning, close this one, and then start compiling the vote.

But still time to squeak in under the wire.

Could not get my camera to cooperate with me yesterday, so I took some new pics and updated them to the original final picture post.
Hopefully that's the easiest way to grab the new pics to the voting

Just be sure you post like you did letting me know they were updated. I do occasionally update the OP with new entries/finished pics, so if I already did that, and you sneak in new pics, I might not notice.

Generally the best way to get pics is to upload them to somewhere (preferably Dakka) and post them. That way I can just quote your post, copy the links, and post them in the OP/vote thread. If you just attach them to the post I need to go through a couple extra steps.

And I think we are going to call this one closed. Please join us for next month, The Long War.

I didn't update pics, because I didn't get mine finished.

Everyone paints at different paces, and life loves to toss wrenches into out plans. Doubly so these days. Keep at it, any progress against the pile of shame is a worthy endeavor!

Vote is up!
