meh. If you're crazy enough to buy a model at that scale you can be expected to have the experience and skill to drill out some holes for a brass rod, yes?

I think he meant to realistically hold the city on it's back . Yeah, it's a bit OT but just a cad model for funsies.

Only 1K to go till rocket stretch, and he just commented he can add covers for people who want the rockets enclosed (to be left off if you want them exposed).

Im pretty sure he made & sold at least one of those designs, before the Emperor issued a C&D order...

IIRC he initially had a green light from GW and did make molds and physical models.

Then GW hit him with a cease and desist order!

I don't know if any models survived or were shipped but that's my memory from around 2004, 2005.

Congrats again I guess I should starting painting now to clear current painting backlog. I still haven't painted the resin crusader I bought from you lol. I guess my painting will be back logged for 3 more years.

I've effectively cleared my backlog during this kickstarter. I only have 10 or so left (Shock troops, so not looking forward to it)

I think I'll actually have to borrow minis from a friend to paint in the meantime.

Yes, I was referring to a real version of the titan, I do know how brass rods work, that is how mine keeps from toppling too.

Yea, I've seen one at the old store I used to go to in Cleveland. One of the old Blockhead Leviathans.

And yes, I would buy something that size in a moment.

I can only afford my 20 guys right now .. wish I could do more .. but my backlog is pretty bad :( I have a whole dust tactics revised set to paint + axis and allies heavy walkers. Any my night goblin smurfs of chaos are just primed white and actually have a cobweb or 2 sitting in the closet :(

So in a couple of months I can make it all worse with 100 or so Sedition Wars minis to add to the pile.

Wish I could teach my dog to paint. She's home all day, doing nothing.

It's a bit counter intuitive. Use the calculator on the bottom to figure out what you want, then pledge that amount.

When you pledge you get a screen to pick your reward, one option is a catch all category where they'll ask you later exactly what you want.

In reality I think everyone is getting that survey it's just rather than explain that to every potential backer it was easier to put up the catch-all option.

EDIT: The newly-unlocked Stuka rockets for the APCs are an extra $10, so make sure to add that in if you're interested in them. At least adding 10 is fairly simple finger-math...

Can't wait to being playtesting. Those formation rules seem... unwieldy, if highly realistic, so I am very curious.

Rocket things are nice, just not $12 worth of nice so I will give them a miss I think!

Sounds like a fun stretch next though, were we not just talking about special characters?!

Lol.. Yep BIG gun She is a tank hunter. She uses a MLA rifle to take down the heavy targets. Considering this rifle is primarily used by power armored troopers, it’s quite a feat. I can imagine how much she would need to lean into the recoil of that beast just to stay standing

Well, that finally tipped me over the $1000 point. Had to pledge for three more APCs and the rocket launchers so I can have three Not-Manticores (or Not-Basilisks, until Mark makes an artillery model).

She might become the new vindicare assassin in my custodes army
