The Temple is sleek and smiler to the Super Carrier in design but is covered in ice and snow along with strange daemons , Dark Eldar Warriors deploy and begin gunning down any Daemons who try to stand in their way. Raiders and Ravagers loot any smaller structures around the temple before returning to their hiding locations.

I listen to what is happening with Argosh in my helmet, and take pity on him.

"This is Shas'O Kais. Stop firing at Argosh's forces immediately. I need to speak to him. Face to face. As soon as we are finished here."

He can he's in command of the fleet. He's aloud to listen in on you're communications.
"What? That fool tried to kill us! Why shouldn't we blow him out of the sky?"

(OOC Tau has some of the best technology of the 41st Millennium , they won't take chances after the crimes you committed and will of searched the document for any traces of a betrayal plot.)
The fighters dock at the Tau ship under heavyly armed guard and are forced to have their weapons from them while under guard by angry Imperial Storm Troopers and Tau battle suits.

Mikal, upon hearing these new developments about Argosh, goes with the escort to meet him along with the Shas O. As the marines are lined up and disarmed, Mikal speaks...

"You have a made a mockery of this campaign for too long now, Argosh. Tell me, why should we not excecute you and your heretic band right now?"

"if you wish to do that then i will only ask of you my former request for the data and that you kill me with my own flamer and bring that also to nocturne. but know that i did everything what i did because i thought it would be better for the imperium. and i will also say that we are under an campagn of redemption that is why we are no longer afraid of death is it by our guns or the enemy's. so if you want to kill me then do it quick for i wont struggle. for i did everything to try to make the imperium stronger. so if you want me death then please do it with my flamer now."
i walk to my flamer and grab it aim it at my self and walk to mikal. if you want me dead may i return to the circle of fire. but i will die as an nocturnean. i will die as an son of vulcan." i deactivate the armour containment seal and i take of my armour. it reveals an huge body full of scars."every scar is for one brother killed under my command. most of them are killed in an ambush by the tau of this se'pt in the damocles golf crusade. they ambushed us after they asked for diplomacy.that is why i dont trust any xenos.but i offer you the choice now." i offer him the grip of the gun. "if you want it then do it. for i dont fear dead."

Marius growls, Flash freese is up and whirring a moment later, a salvo of fire blast to wards him but his enhanced reflexes take him into a dive behind a pair of crates which burst apart spewing mechanical pieces everywhere, Marius charges through this storm of metal and is on the marines before they can react. he stabs a Autocannon wielder from behind and then as the marine fires in his death spasms Marius aims the weapon at anouther two marines gunning them down. His arm then comes up splitting the marine in his grip in two.

The sword then flicks out impaling anouther marine through his neck, the weapon shears through the marines neck armour and then Maroius pulls it free, the tip having severed the mans spine. Marius take several hits on his armour, then ducks his shoulder charging a marine who is then l4eapt upon and Flashfreeze stabs through the marines chest armour and bears him to the ground. He then ducks under a chainblade and swings his weapon up severing the marines waist armour and shearing through to his shoulder pad which explodes under the pressure, shards of ceramite spraying everywhere. Marius then ducks behind a pilalr as shots sweep through the room from the dropships main splinter cannon, the marines dead he glances out and sees the ship trying to take of but the doors are still closed. Marius takes a deep breath and then sprints out from behind the pillar and then rolls back in a zigzag towards the dropship, Several splinters ping off his armour but he ignores them. Running closer he sees the marines surprise as Marius leaps forwards, in the close confines of the hold there is no room for the ship to evade him. Mid flight Marius pulls Heimdall from his back and revs it. As he slams into the ship his arm swings forwards and heimdall digs into the hull of the dropship. Below him the Splinter cannon is desperatly trying to swivel up to aim at him, but he puts his foot on it and pushes of. jumping up and hauling Heimdall out of the deck he then wings Flashfreeze shattering the viewport of the dropship. A hail of bolter fire accompanies his arrival and as the bolts ping of his armour and explode around him he hits the deck behind the marine after having jumped across from him.

Rather than attacking the marine directly Marius throws Heimdall at him, the marine unprepared for the assault takes the weapon in the head and promptly drops to the ground.

After Recovering his weapon he does a qick sweep of the hold with his thermal scanner in his helmet and seeing nothing remaining vox's to the bridge, "Shas... it was chaos marines, theyre dead."

Mikal takes the flamer but does not raise it.

"If it were up to me, I would have your men lined up and shot, Argosh. But seeing as you are Astartes, and at least seem to be penitent, your judgement is not for me to decide."

Mikal hands the flamer to one of his men standing next to him. Mikal then takes a step closer looking up into Argosh's face

"You shall have your redemption, Argosh, but right now you and your men no longer have command in these matters, at least not until you are judged by your chapter. You will do what you are told and cooperate or so help me I will bring the Emperor's wrath on your head so fast they'll start calling it 'powder' armor. This is not the Damocoles Crusade, we are not fighting the Tau, we are fighting the horrors of the warp that corrupts and festers indefinitely, when will you wake up and realize this?"

Mikal pauses,and turns to lead the marines away.

"The Emperor has seen fit to spare you and so you will serve him with your lives or with your deaths, pride means nothing anymore, only duty, for you Argosh, and for the rest of us, its fight the war or die."

Mikal gives a hand gesture to his man and the soldier gives the flamer back to Argosh.

"Your fate, whether for honor and glory, or death and dishonor, is in your hands. Do not waste this last chance Argosh."

i instal my armor.
"mikal i realise this fully but what they did to me and my broters is to grief to forget so i will not. i will cooperate but if they raise a weapon on us we will answer it. "

Marius doesnt wait for a reply, he sees on a nearby sensor the arrival of the ships carrying argosh

he quickly makes his way through the ship and makes it to the other hold just as Mikal finishes talking

"So this is Argosh... My name is Marius Ichorskin, although i must say my cloak is looking tattered of late, i greet you in the name of the emperor"

As Marta enters the Cargo hold in which Argosh is being guarded , many Stormtroopers and Tau Battle-suits stand in defensive positions ready to reduce them to ash and dust if they commit any further crimes after the death of the Inquisitor.

Marius waves to the tau and guardsmen, "Stand down, if these men are honourable then they wont start anything, if they arnt then they wont finish it" he walks forwards, his blood splattered armour dripping on the floor, he extends his hand to Mikal, "Come brother, stand down, there is no threat to men of faith whilst there is still someone around to uphold it" he turns to Argosh, "Now brother, what say you?"

"When I said I wanted to speak to him, I meant in private. I have matters to discuss with him personally."

I leave my battlesuit, and walk up to Argosh.

"Come to my quarters. We have things to discuss."

I turn to everybody else.

"We are not to be disturbed unless urgent."

Marius lays a massive hand on shas's shoulder, "I want my question answered tau, im your friend only so long as you dont give me reaosn to distrust you, let the man speak his part then ill let him go with you

"Fine. But be quick. We have very urgent matters to talk about."

"Thankyou Kais" Marius turns to the astartes, "you dont have much time Argosh, speak your mind or forever hold your thoughts"

"your from the space wolves i see. i have fought alongside of your chapter. and have made many victories with them. i even have something of a former captain. what i need to give to you. he made that request with his dying breath. i walk to him and give him an trinket with wolffangs and "space wolves" fangs. he was one of the wolf riders."
i hand it over to him.
"i also thank you for your friendlines. your the first kind face i see on this ship. the rest is on the edge of killing us."

The Farseer steps out of the shadows

"Farseer, let me handle this. I have been waiting for this for a long time. Marius I am afraid I have to speak to him now."

i greet marius with the greeting of the claw. and walk to the tau.
"well then what do you want."

"Come with me. We need to talk."

I lead Argosh down the corridoors of the ship, and lead him to my quarters.

"You know," I say, walking iver to sit in my seat. "My parents were killed in the Damocles Gulf Crusade. From then on, I made it my mission to destroy all imperials in the universe. I thought you were monsters. We offered you peace, and an alliance in am empire together and you threw it in our face, and then went to war with us. All my feelings about your people vaished when I actually met Marius and Mikal face to face."

but mine not tau. everytime i look at you i see how your men killed my men in an ambush while we came with the best intends. my own brothers lined up and shot one at a time. and you hope that when i saw you and talked to you i could accept that? i was saved by one of the space wolves. the one of which i gave the trinket to marius. so i cannot just forget it and join your greater good because that would just make us slaves.so believe me tau when i say i cannot just accept the waof yours and that i will just be in peace with you for i will and cannot be with the race who killed my brothers."

"That is not what I wanted to talk about. I wanted to show you that you must accept that we are working together for the time being so that we can destroy this Daemon threat. Your hate blinds you from the truth and what we all must achieve."

I let out a loud sigh.

"But I am willing to give you a chance. You will not have to work with us. But you will be doing something for the imperium," I point at a viewing panel behind me, and speak again. "There is a Dark Eldar fleet out there, all wwilling to destroy us as soon as they can. I am doubtful that we will be able to defeat them. At least, easily. But I am willing to give you a chance to claim honour and redemption for your actions. I will tell you the plan if you agree."
