"Tau i have also an idea. We came we dark eldar flyers if we can get data ou of them as an cooperation between the tau and the mechanicus we can do it."

"I doubt they will give us any. I have faced them many times before, and they never let out a word. But good idea."

I stand up, and rest my hands on my desk.

"I am thinking of something else. To start off rather bluntly. You will be for all intents and purposes, dead. We will give you a funeral or whatever your custom is, and blast your body out into space in a pod. But, you will be very much alive. The pod will lock onto the coordinates of the Dark Eldar control ship, and go to dock there. Then, you and your team, all being put into those pods, and entering the ship, will disable it by any means. We will draw all fire from the ships and fighters, and give you time to do it. This wilol bring you redemption and honour. It is your choice if you want to do it."

(OOC They're not Dark Eldar ships)

(Wait, there are Dark Eldar fighters, so therefore there must be ships )

On so many levels

Mikal stands his men down and orders them to go and prepare for the mission ahead.

"I wasn't going to shoot him if that's what you are thinking Marius." He said matter of factly "Well, not unless he decided do something rash. Anyway we must be prepared for our run on the surface, it seems the Dark Eldar have already gotten ahead of us while we were preoccupied here. Get the transports ready for takeoff, if we are to succeed then we must depart soon!"

Several Valkyries and Devilfish transports await the forces in the Hanger bay , some carrying heavy weapons and supplies for the ground forces. Tau Fire Warriors and Imperial Karskin enter the Transports along with the Space Wolves and Mikal while the Eldar use their own hidden transports to deploy.

The Valkyries and Devilfish transports are not hindered on their journey down to the ice world but do find strange radar signals and transitions. As they land near a small tower Dark Eldar Raiders speed past them carrying many Warriors.

Why are the Dark Eldar letting them land? I mean, a couple of valks and devil fish would be shot down in seconds

Marius takes the wolftooth necklace with reverance, "Thank you Argosh", he makes the sign of the bloody jaw as Argosh makes the sign of the claw,

He hears Mikal talking and pays attention "I agree Mikal, Pyriel must have procured the Valkyrie by now, lets get to a fighter, my brothers are already there"

The Last of the Valkyries lands on the ice world with little difficulty carrying Marius and Mikal , they study the area around them. A Barren waste land dotted with small ancient temples and towers that are scarred from the constant battles of Daemons and Renegades who take shelter here. The tattered flags of Chaos War-Bands hang from some of them but appear to be from older Chaos War bands.

"Mikal, stick with me and cover my six"

Marius begins to stalk slowly through the ruins towards the rest of the group with the farseer etc

"Look."
A section of the Super Carrier crashes into a nearby Vally causing smaller sections to spread into nearby areas. Soon high pitched screams and roars fill the air as the remaining Daemons and Chaos Renegades leave the burning wreckage.

"me and my men will do it but we need some things."

Marius rolls his shoulders, "This never gets old"

He nods to Mikal and the pair begin to run towards the gorup, when they get there, they help organise the group to move out quickly and set up a defensive perimeter

Soon, the troops are regrouped and in position, facing the survivors of the super carrier as they march up the valley towards the imperials and Eldar.

Mikal watches them and disperses the orders among his men: fire when the enemy is within range.

Mikal flourishes his sword and spits on the ground near his foot, the tang of warp energies is heavy on the air as the enemy advances. Mikal looks to Marius and nods, a slight smile comes over his face at the prospect of battle against the enemies of man once again.

"Today we go to war men, glorious war in the name of the Emperor, Show them no mercy, for you shall receive none!"

Mikal points his pistol towards the advancing line of warp forces and fires the first shot which takes a chaos marine in the eye socket and drops him. Fire begins to explode across both lines as the two sides duke it out.

"For Cadia!" Mikal yells

Marius has no ranged weapon and so wait briefly behind a spur of rock whilst the forces of chaos get closer and then when they are in range he sprints up the rock formation and leaps of, landing amidst the enemy, Flashfreeze growling.

He ducks under a weapon and catches anouther on Flashfreeze then he ripostes his wepon darting forwards and severing the marines neck, he twists, and Flashfreeze slips through the air and gouges anouther marines chest open, continueing through the Choas warriors arm.

He rolls out of the way of a swung shock mace and retaliates throwing a frag grenade at the offender who flys backwards into his allies his chest a mass of bloody tissue.

"What do you need? I am hopeful that I will provide, but remember, you will have to be presumed dead."

Chaos Space Marines and Daemonic filth charge into the ranks of the Imperials , killing several Guardsmen and Eldar at first but are soon ambushed by Eldar Warp Spiders and Dire Avengers. Marius battles several Chaos Marines of the World Eaters Legion who also carry Chain Axes, the first attempts to impale Marius but receives a strike across his back while the second in cut in half.

I need for all my men. As do i hate it to use xenos technology. Me and my men need stealth fields. And we need something only the imperials can provide.

"The imperials cannot provide you with anything, they will believe you are dead. But I can provide the stealth fields, I will put them in your pods for the funeral."

No i mean i just need a warp grenade and i want them to know of this mission

(They can't, you have to be dead Because they'll just think its a suicide mission, and because they want you dead anyway)

(OOC Warp Grenade , no frikken chance. Mikal may have one but that's for a very special occasion.)

(I was planning to use it on the generator for an huge implosion.)and what about the stealth?
