I would like to play something on Sunday... anyone? I could be persuaded to do either Warmachine OR 40K... but I don't know the 6th Ed rules yet... and actually, I think I have forgotten the 5th Ed rules too. Let me know.

Need to take the jump into 6E sooner or later. Plus at this point we should be able to do a game up pretty easily, and since there haven't been any real codex changes you don't need to worry about army lists being different than before.

I didn't hear back from anyone confirming Warhmachine or Warhammer 40K for Sunday. I will assume this means we are a no-go. Maybe next week.

Actually i suggested we play some 6e but i never heard back from you lol. All good though, i'm going to go see dark knight risees instead so the day isn't a total loss .

Ahh yeah i thought your post was in response to mine earlier for gaming on the weekend and sadly there was no movie watching for me, sister in law heard i wasn't busy and coerced me into helping her put wood flooring down, ugh.

As for this week i'm good tuesday/wed during the day and all thrusday for gaming, not sure on the weekend yet since it's august long weekend.

Anyone up for a game this wend-fri? I can make Meeplemart, dualing grounds, Games Workshop or HSG at a stretch.

Played my first game of 6th on the weekend and I got to say it was pretty fun!

Legends is located at Langstaff and hw400 basically. HSG sadly is more interested in magic than 40k, they aren't set up to handle more than 1-2 40k games. Legends has dedicated tables for 40k and a lot of room to move around and game. Plus i find legends has better hours of operation than HSG, they open at 11 and stay open till around 9 most days.

There's a group of about 10 of us that play there Sunday afternoons. (usually 4-8 people there most Sundays)

Yeah we used to have that kind of group at legends but either from summer or work it's almost impossible to get a game these days.

I myself am around WAY more in the winter, looking forward to playing at all the stores soon!

You guys should check out X-Planet games in Mississauga. They have about 10 tables in the Bunker (basement).

Mississauga is just too far for me.

Good stuff! We usually play 1500, but have been playing some 1000pt games lately as well.

If you haven't been before, go in this door marked 290 Carlaw, up the stairs on the right, and it's the first door on the left. (There is a sign on the door)

We're usually there open to close (12-5) so come find me and we can set you up with a game! (I'm the long haired dude with a mustache and probably a DE army)
