Smol scales are actually really easy with little effort, and so very rewarding. Things like slapchop are usually particularly effective.

I'm tempted to get the GCPS after that update - had to add 2 packs of bases to hit the free shipping - I'll decide before the 31st deadline.

My stuff got here (Enforcers, GCPS, Nameless, Marauder Plastics). Infantry looks great, good detail and no undercut problems. The vehicles are a bit low detail, but charming in their own way. The turrets/weapons on them are kind of bad though, very low detail.

At this point I'd advise folks to not pick up additional factions until you've tried painting... the infantry are ridiculously detailed for the scale. Orcs have fingerless gloves. I'm going at about 1/3 the speed I thought I'd be.

Yeah I was really surprised just how much detail is on the Zombies. Like it's a great problem to have but I struggle with details on 28mm dudes!

With the discount being offered for KS backers still waiting on items Iam considering adding the reinforcements for GCPS and Nameless. Maybe a Forge Fathers starter as well, it is a good discount after all.

I may add the Nameless to my option to show the game to people, along with my Marauders. Nameless just scream Contrast / Speed Paint

Is it only for those still waiting? While its phrased that way it seems anyone is able to participate. I dont see any indication that they will cancel your order if you aren't waiting for a second wave of goods. The offer is a bit odd though - the Veer-myn are missing from the webstore so if you wanted to add any of their products, you can't.

Honestly not sure. I have a second wave coming and they specifically say they'll bundle new orders with the delayed one which is why I'm considering it.

Yes any backer can order but you need to pay the shipping or hit the free shipping limit (after the discount is applied) as you aren’t getting anymore from the KS. They’ve said you can order anything on the store including pre orders but if it’s not there like Veermyn it’s not an option.

It's not, the code works for me and I got everything already.

Well the codes good through the 31st, so ill wait and see and hope that veermyn are added before then.

I could have sworn they were on the website but for preorder early next year.

Stop trying to paint them like 28mm.

On small scale figures, detail exists to catch drybrushes and wash. That's all.

Kickstarter update today - the STLs will be everything, including the plastic stuff.

Are the stls on a different site, like MMF? I didn't see them in the Mantic store, or are they not widely available at this time?

From the last update, they will be next week, both the STL special unit sets and the four core army unit sets, in both MMF and Mantic Vault.

Four armies now and the other four later I presume when those are available at retail.

I can see only the first 4 factions in the title image, but no word one way or the other whether STLs will be for 4 or 8.

I guess they may also just see how this goes for now. I'm curious what the STLs will look like in the Vault for people who didn't back them.

what I got is that for this campaign it is only the factions that are released, the others follow on MMF with the respective retail release
