This is Severius's Blessing of Vengeance special character warjack. The yellow is
what I use to lay a foundation for metallic gold on all my pieces with gold.

How much of a pain in the ass was it to glue those halberds onto the Phoenix Guard?
Also - opted against the PG in your High Elf army? What list you going with now?

The pain was figuring out which hands went with which models. Certainly some of
them WORK with both lifting and at attention, but if you look closely at their wrists
you can tell that there's something a bit off about them. If you don't normally have
trouble with gluing GW wrists, then it should be no problem. I use GS + Zap.
I have ten Phoenix Guard already painted. These 10 were going to bring the number
up to 20. My future list opted to cut out 10 PG and go with White Lion Chariots and
other things suggested to me in WHFB Tactics.

Have you every tried spraying Dull Cote over your furniture polish? It should take away some of the glossy look.
Nice work in general though; she sheer volume and variety is great!

Interesting option you took to holding up your eagle. I've wondered how others work around the crappy flying stands that GW provides.
I opted for a brass rod attached by GS and super-glue to the bird and a brass tube that's just fitting the rod onto the base.
