As I've been asking in another thread though, with that post apoc girl and other human minis, why not get the sculptors to stick to a 28mm scale, I'd certainly buy that mini and add her to my Eschers but I'm now thinking at 32mm she will be too big (taller people, shorter people all well and good but scale is the thing here, I don't want an ogryn spice girl in the ranks).

If I'm not mistaken even the Necromunda models are slightly taller than 28mm, eventhough their official scale is 28mm. This becomes even more evident if you compare old GW models to new ones.

However, you do raise a very good point though, which I'll post on our forum!

I gotta say, while I am not overly thrilled with most of the stuff you guys put out, the post apocalyptic girl and chick with the eye patch would make really nice additions to my Inquisition collection and nascent =][=munda campaign, scale willing.

More 28-30mm models in this vein would be really appreciated by me.

Multipart sci fi infantry kit, still veeeeeery WIP and connected with some blue tac, hence the blobs in between the parts:

I am definitely liking where the girl is going, and the infantry might make nice drop troops if scaled and priced properly.

Good job so far. If the girl is multipart I will definitely be picking one up, and if not, probably will anyway.

We have been pondering about that. Some of our members are very interested in doing that. One of them has quite an ambitious project involving multiple multi-part kits. However, I have no clue on when those will ever be done since he is currently still in the brainstorming phase.

No, not yet. :( I'm waiting for one as well because I'm very curious how big this model is.

I'm hoping it's 28mm compatible, it's quite lovely but if too big won't be of much use for inclusion in the natural environment it looks sculpted to live in, the 40k/necromunda/dark heresy one.

On that note and worth suggesting, if this sculpter was to produce a line of 'futuristic gothic grim/dark civilians and freelancers' at 28mm heroic scale... I'm sure he'd have a market for them from the scenario builders, necromunda, =I=munda and dark heresy players... Lets see now:

Hive world noble patriach...
Smile Girl escort...
Gangland boss...
A range of 'Space Privateers' like traders who've gone rogue?...
Cultists to dark powers...

Thanks for the kind comments on the cyberganger girl. I don't know if the sculptor is going to add different weapon options, but if its another weapon on the hand of the Chainsword you want, I think that could easily be converted right?

I don't know, it all depends when Rikard is happy with the model and sends it to Ed to have it cast. Ed is on quite a busy schedule as well, but this will improve when his new casting machine gets in. I also think he will probably put a higher priority on this figure than some of the other submissions since so far it has sparked a lot of enthusiasm.

But yeah, as soon as I hear more about the release date, you guys will be the first to know!
