Just state your song, theme, or whatever and what faction/race it would go well with.
Slaneesh: -I make them good girls go bad
Khorne: -I've got blood on my hands
Speed Freeks: -I'm on the Highway to Hell
Tau: -Everybody wants to rule the world (and other 80's stuff)
Sororitas: -Choirs, christmas carols etc.
Imperium: -EVRYFINK from the Platoon Soundtrack
Eldar: -Can't touch this
Necrons: -Techno stuff
Salamanders: -Ebony and Ivory, living together in perfect harmony!
Don't be afraid to post if you don't remember the writers or even songs the proper name, I sure as hell don't! And don't worry about mentioning songs someone else has. If you really can't remember, post what pieces of the lyrics you CAN.
Sororitas: Should be "Sister's are doing it for themselves!"
Slaneesh- Fu**ed with a Knife (Cannibal Corpse)
Khorne- Hammer Smashed Face (Cannibal Corpse)
Commisar- Like A Boss (The Lonely Island)
Space Marines- Eternal War (Bolt Thrower)
In those days, there was a circle of brothers, warriors of a mettle unsurpassed in all the worlds of the Reef Stars, and they were called the Iron Snakes of Karybdis. And an oath they swore, a great undertaking, that for as long as their circle endured, they would stand watch over all the Reef Stars and, by force of arms, protect them from all the manifold powers of Ruin.
On the first day of Christmas the Emperor gave to me... a heavy flamer for burning heretics.

Amen to that one. Totally hits the nail on the head.
I actually have to say CSM would have to be Kein mitleid by Eisbrecher. The translation of lyrics are..well...here are some of the lyrics with song.
Where is your god
Great and powerful
When will his kingdom come
Cold and magnificent
Start praying and shut up
No sympathy
No mercy
Do you believe that the tide will turn silent
Do you want this insanity to end
You whine and beg for mercy
You're sorry for everything
You pray to God but God has
No time, no mercy
"Human bonding rituals often involve a great deal of talking, and dancing, and crying."
I actually have to say CSM would have to be Kein mitleid by Eisbrecher
In response to a world where CSM using that theme music I Nominate Manowar Kingdom Come for the Imperial citizens and space marine home worlds ect. . .
Quick quote of the lyrics
"Our kingdom has come
Rays of power shinning
Rays of magic fall
On the golden voice that speaks within us all
For all of us waiting
Your kingdom will come"
"Words of power
Calling to us all
Holding us together while other kingdoms fall
No longer waiting
Our kingdom has come"
Lastly
"Another kingdom falls
The rightful are waiting
But all are not rightful
Wait and receive the weight of the fall"
That totally is vague enough to slap onto a great space-faring empire that holds on the brink of destruction and total domination.

The purpose of argument is informative discourse, not to see who finishes in front.

Are you trying to tell me that, in the war-torn universe of 40k, a legion of unrelenting technobarbarian aliens with extremely sturdy biologies and a warrior-like culture, has no place?
Because I would laugh at you. And then when I stopped laughing, I would read your post, and laugh a little more.
Then leave.
Here's the Ork theme from DoW2. Not my favorite one, but I think it gives the idea of a barbaric army marching against civilization quite well.

It's not that which annoys me, it's the way they always say things like "da boyz" and "krump da humies" and how something so primitive could possibly have tech as advanced as inter-stellar travel and massive tanks. It just doesnt seem like a sci-fi thing. No offence to ork players, but they dont seem grimdark when you think of a bunch of green-skinned hunchbacks in sunglasses with big mgs screaming DAKKA DAKKA!. In fact that image in my head is hilarious.

So you're saying that a race created as a weapon of war against a galactic foe, which just so happens to not have the biological capacity to speak Low Gothic (translated as English for our sakes) properly, couldn't have developed space travel or stolen it from someone else? A race that has the concepts of mechanics and biology written into their genes, so that those born with the right set of genes understand these concepts instinctively, couldn't have built a spaceship of some kind?
Because I'm fairly certain humans have a damned hard time speaking the Eldar or Tau tongues. And humans have developed LESS than Orks over the past ten thousand years in 40k-- yeah, that's right, Orks are more scientifically inclined than humans in the 40k universe. They saw an Imperial titan and what did they do? By the Emperor, they built their own damn titan. They saw Space Marines teleporting in, and damnit, they wanted to do that, too-- what better way to get stuck in? And they DID. Do not underestimate the low cunning and innovative out-of-the-box thinking that Orks have. It will only lead to an embarrassing defeat. They may appear stupid, and hell, most of them may be stupid.
But it only takes one brilliant Ork to cause a galaxy of hurt.

woops, dont know how that post got here. even if their tech is explainable, I think they just talk and look like a race created for humour. Anyway, you've got your opinion, I've got mine, lets stop arguing. THE END.
