"That's too bad sir, because I can't talk with your wife. She's dead. This morning I woke to her screaming, and I found a man over her dead body in the South side of town. Now, I suggest you put away that gun, Mr. Stewart, because I'm here to catch the killer."

"the man stumbles backwards and drops the shotgun, it clatters to the ground but he doesnt seem to notice, his eyes wide with disbelief, "n.n.n no. NO" he collapses against the door frame and begins to sob.

"I'm, I'm sorry about your loss.

The man that killed her stood at about 7 foot, and I never saw his face. From the scene of the crime, it looks like he had her captive, and then murdered her."

The man continued to cry for sometime, and then he managed to pull himself together for a few moments, "I don't know who he is at all. As I said my (here he paused a little) my wife runs the business."

"So, you don't get out of the house at all?"

"That isn't relevant..."

"I know this is hard on you, but I need to know a little more. I don't think this guy was a customer per-se.
When was the last time you saw your wife, and where was she headed?"

"She was headed to the city, she wanted to claim some more stock from the share market, she sells..... materials, that are sensitive to say the least, I doubt he was a customer. She might have had opposition but I dont think any of them would have done this."

**Shas'ui T'au Kais**

Cautiously, I move to the chair, and sit, down, observing the room, and the weapons.

(nocturne) As the days drift by you and your friends begin toweary of travel, however on the third day you all end up close to the village in question, looking through the tree line you can see smoke rising from the village, the milita is stil fighting with the sleepers as new model weapons of the milita are firing as well as the older models of the sleepers.

(shas) The mercaneries put their weapons by their sides and pull themselfs closer to the table, the leader speaks "we were scanning and happened to pick up your helicopter flying over head, we wouldnt have noticed otherwise, its very quite, i dot believe even the police have those yet. That however is not why you are here is it?"

"maties were here what are ur plans? cause i cant save ur asses when i dont know what ur going to do."
he took his sniper and looked for the sleeper weps and militia weps

**Shas'ui T'au Kais**

"No it is not. We are here, because we are being tricked. We had gone to assassinate the leader of a weapons trade going on in the city. They knew we were coming, and we never leave traces. We have come for help."

"The guy who killed your wife was a complete psycho by my reckoning. Do you have absolutely any idea who would have ever wanted her dead? Was your wife acting strangely previously? Anything at all, because as is, I don't have much to go off of."

(nocturne) Through your scpoe you can see pockets of sustained fire rippling out from buildings, whatevers happening it seems that there is still enough scrap metal to make the ESB repeaters hum, the buildings are faling apart at the seems and as you scan through one actually collapses to the ground. From what your limited vision can see the attcking sleepers are using Civilian and mercanary grade ESB repeaters and you saw VIPW's on the news cast, also you can hear the sustained deep hum of a Plas heavy repeater somewhere, you arnt sure who owns it though. The Defending militia appear to be using police issue ESB rifles and Plas repeaters

(shas) The mercanary leader leans back in his seat, absent mindedly one-hand-cutting a deck of playing cards while his other hand rests on the table. "You have come for help. Yes i think we can help, but only when you tell us exactly who you were targeting and some more detailed information, also there is the matter of our fee. I have 32 men in this building and all of them would be willing to help for some.... compensation."

(the bringer) Looking at the man you realize that he has lost it completely, he is no longer speaking coherently, you move past him into the house and see racks of Plas repeaters on the walls, and more in boxes on the ground, on the table is a new model, 3 rotating barrels with a plas chamber directly above them feeding a leathal plasmic iron ore into the discharge chamber, the rate of fire is several times greater than that of an ordainary model, other than the weaponry the room is sparsly furnished, a couple of comfortable chairs and a low coffee table the only other things in the room, 3 doors lead of into other rooms.

Hmm...

Nicholas puts his hand on his shotgun, and looks back at the guy.

Does this guy happen to have the same height/build/voice of the killer?

"well maties, log, gaz what are we going to do?"

(bringer) no, hes about 6' 3" quite slim but looks like an athlete, the killer was about 7' and was powerfully built

**Cruor Defaeco**

(ic) (in the room with Shas) one of the many mercanaries around the table gats up and draws a knife from inside his boot raises it up and slams it into the metal table, embedding the weapon deep into the steel. "Well lets do it then, where the hell is he?"

(bout time Cruor we was wondering if you would ever show up)

(Cruor, Shas) All around you the room rises in uproar, everyone yelling to be heard then a Plas shot scorches the roof and the man at the head of the table yells for quite, "Cruor is right, lets do this, where is he?"

(oc ehm marta i think log and gaz are dead now i cant go further with my part how are we going to do this?)

**Shas'ui T'au Kais**

"His name is Peter Molar. His guards are very dangerous. His house is in the Omega district, a mansion. We have as much money as you need."

**The Bringer**

"Adios Mr. Stewart. If you need me or have anything else to give me, here's my number," said Nicholas dropping a card at his feet.

"Your wife is at the hospital on Cross St."

With that, Nicholas left to go back to the scene of crime, while drumming his mind for answers.

(nocturne) (i can rp for them till they get back, if they come back)

(ic) Log and gaz look over the terrain and ask you what you saw, after telling them they begin to sketch a map in the ground, then Gaz wipes it out and pulls a topographical map from his bag, the two mutter for a minute or two, and then look at you, "we have a plan, but its gonna need your help"

(Shas) "Thats what we needed." standing he looks around "All right, i need all of you to get your respective teams and meet me outside in two hours, be fully kitted up, Falco, I would appreciate it if you and your brother could meet us about 10 miles down the road from this guys house in about 2 and a half hours, we will coordinate our strike from there, Lets do this"

**Tyranic Marta**

(bringer) You think about what you know, the killer first killed the woman in town or someplace else, then threw her of the building, she diddnt have anyweapons on her which means the trip probably wasnt for business. Her business was high level arms dealing, and as a rule the only enemies were the competion in these times, so the killer was either related to the competition or completely separate, her husband most likely has nothing to do with it because of the shock when you told him, you still need more information.

"well what is the plan and i will look what i am going to do but don't do anything stupid"

**Tyranic Marta**

(nocturne) the two guys look at each other and grimace, "Stupid? nothing we do is stupid, see that over hang over there, the one with the builing nestled into it, we need you to head over there and onto the building (it has a flat roof) and give us some over, Gaz is going to move with these two (he points at two of the engineers) and begin to set charges on the rads, stop them getting out, while that happens me and the rest of the boys are going to begin to extract militia out of the town, once everyone is out, we will need to regroup behind your overhang, if at anytime one of us fires our weapons, go loud,(military term for open fire). Once everyone is out well regroup and sort out phase two. Lets roll, we will wait for you to get into place before moving.

Nicholas goes home for some more research.

It was about 3:00 when he reached home. He opened his door and went into his dark house.

After his mother's death, he couldn't live in his old home. He didn't want to live in the past, and he never wanted to remember it. He had wandered for some time until he found this place. A house probably from a family of sleepers, who cares really? Nice abandoned houses were everywhere these days.

Nicholas logged onto his computer and started searching for companies that deal high level arms, and keeping his eye out for Katherine's name.

"ok but i don't want ur blood on my hands so pls be carefull or else the hunterlord will punish me and all who is punished aren't there to say how awfull it was. and i like you guys so i will do it but i will open fire as soon as anyone of these bastards comes in my sight."
