Ah, more Pony threads. I recall posting what I believe was the first Pony thread on Dakka to mixed reactions. It seems that those who are anti-Pony have little to back up their hatred, and have never even watched the show. I am a staunch Bronie, and feel no shame for being part of such a unique culture. On that note, my favorite Pony is Fluttershy.

I fail to see why those in the anti-Pony camp can't simply leave us alone. We like something you don't, get over it. There's no reason for you to break into our threads and start denouncing our interest. We don't come after you for your shows of choice, we only ask that you extend to us the same courtesy. Honestly. It's downright disrespectful to liken Bronies to furries and pedophiles within our own domain. I would ask that the original purpose of this thread be preserved and the debate laid aside. It belongs on a thread other than this one.

We do not Push others into being Furry, what we push is acceptance of our Fandom.
As far as being a furry: We are one of the only groups in the world that have completely destroyed the Racial/Sexual Orientation/Political/ Economical Predigest barriers.
We only judge those who Judge us.
This is why we have a large number of deviants within our number, because unless you do something criminal we don’t give a [bleep] about what you do and who you do it with.
This is the kind of rumor that causes us a problem, if the Fandom found one in our Paws, he would be reported so quick it would make your head spin. We do not condone this activity in real life.
We also are one of the groups out there that are trying to do good in the world.

i used to go on a furry forum (technically),everyone there were jerks except maybe 2 guys. i was also younger so it hurt more.i haven't gone back in years it was so bad.
