I got Trooper to 14 and had a lot of fun with it, expeccially once I got my 'minigun' at 10. They are a treat in battlegrounds as well.

I'm enjoying the feth outta this game.

In terms of game play, it is absolutely nothing new. This is exactly what I expected. However, I am a sucker for a good story line, and this game has it, presents it well, and makes me feel like my character is an important part of what's going on, which was sorely missing from other MMOs. The group content actually isn't as good, IMO, as the solo story line content, but it's still pretty fun.

I think I'll be playing it for quite a while. Got a Powertech Bounty Hunter to 50, pure Light Side the whole way. Bouncing between a Commando and a Juggernaut right now, though I may check out a different server; Empire on Twin Spears makes baby Jesus cry and I've never been that fond of PvP servers anyway.
