Thanks everyone! Im kinda glad its a big hit! As to the question of were the (NEW) Nids came from.........I had my heart and soul crushed to the lowest level, so on my way back up, I brought something with me........

All of my nids will look this way now.

The sme thing happened to me, if it makes you better your painting the it is a good thing

Ok, So I FINALLY!!!! got some work done! Yeah!

So I took the AOBR Capitan and made him into a Wolf Gaurd, and took one of my standerd Grey Hunters and gave him a cape. I will be adding GS to the cape of the Grey Hunter, But the GS work on my Wolf Gaurd in a first time attempt! So Constuctive criticism is welcome!

Ok, So I recently was commisioned to do some tau. I have done one model already for this person, and it was to redo his Crisis Battel suit. As for the models I am painting now, They were primered with car primer from The Home Depot, and were compleatly caked with 6 layers of different color scemes. Need less to say, He has commisioned me to "redo" The models. I had a friend stripe them for me, (I had no striping agent on hand) And he did a great job. I went and reprimered and painted them. Enough talk, and on to the pictures. C&C are welcome as well as constructive critisism. Enjoy!

Pictures make it look a bit grainy, but that is not the case.

Pretty good! I like the scheme! I would wash those bronze parts though.

I already did. I washed them with Bada Black. Do you think they need some more?

Maybe a little Sepia wash on the bronze?

Yeah..... do what dsteingass told you! Then when dry highlight them a bit with the same color. Not too much though. That Vellago Copper is a really hard one to get right.

DAMN! that carnifex looks awesome!

A friend of mine has a nid army too and i helped him repaint his 'fex a while ago and ever since i want one of those bugs...been searching on the web and bitz sites to get one cheap seeing your carnifex in that pose only makes me more excited to get one myself
