Practically finished basing my Genestealers, would've liked to have completed them, but too tired. Also began base painting some other minis as well.

Finished repainting my Pistoliers. Not much work was needed as the original paint job was fine. Mostly washes and highlights so it would match the rest of my repainted forces.

Might take a break from the Empire and work on my dedicated Old World force. I have a pile of unused Wood Elves I was probably going to get rid of anyway, now I have a use for them!

Cultists proxied by Wildspire Miniature's Monster set's Goblin Shamans, with Mushroom men as Living Corpses, and a shield, proxied with the Living Shield from the Wildspire Miniature's Enchanted Items set, as an obstacle the party picked up during an Event. Harry didn't make it to the end.

Two WiP Drukhari Razorwings nearing completion.
They still need:
●A gloss black finish - I've got to get my airbrush working for that
●then assorted detailing + canopies
●& magnetized weapons - tomorrow night

But they're ready enough to fight come this Sat...

Had the 1st Tabletop Skirmish game day with the kids and we had a great time. We played Grimdark Future: Firefight 2v2 I got to play as my Gaunt's Ghosts team with one of the kid's robots vs Imperial Guard led by a Custodes blade master and duck knights. We only managed to get through the 1st two rounds , so might have to finish next Wednesday.

Doing some scene composition testing. I've got more Cadian Command Squads than I know what to do with, so using the officers to make Castellans & dioramas.

Put a layer of bone on my tomb king horsemen.

That looks so damned cool, dude! I thought it was one of those dioramas made by Artel-W or something for a second there.

Despite going through my annual bout of chronic fatigue, I went on a skin painting spree on some old minis I've had sitting around gathering dust. I finished three Hero Forge Assassin chicks, one of which looked a bit like Red Sonya due to similar hair colouring and skin tone. Another, I thought as I painted her she looked like Taylor Swift, but now she's more like Anya Taylor-Joy. As well as a few other minis.

Doing the math on how much Solar Auxillia Support I need to order.

After that there's a bit of paperwork & planning I need to do for the Pathfinder 1e game I DM.
I've been procrastinating on this for a while, but the day of needing it is fast approaching. So....

Made small adjustments (filing, filling the gaps etc.) to my outbuilding from Renedra.

Finally decided upon a color scheme for my Legion Imperiales Solar Auxilia infantry!

So tonight I'll start painting tiny little people.
This will either go pretty quick or end up taking f o are e e v e r*.....

Finished a rebuilt Necromunda tower.

Had the 2nd week back at the kid's gaming club today. We completed the game we began last week, and I took over another team as a kid who wasn't there last week wanted to play as my Gaunt's Ghosts team. My team won because we killed off more HQ units. The kid on my team hadn't won often, so it was good to see him get a win. He also had his birthday the day before. At home I did more work on a Hero Forge mini of medical Halsin from Secret War, he actually turned out looking quite badass. I might give him more times to shine now and an HF mini of Emilia from The Angaran Chronicles. I don't know why I'm going into such effort for her as she either doesn't stay more than one round on the table of the Skirmish game (until she transforms into a werewolf) Or not at all, but I'm mostly doing it to practise painting skin.

Going to turn my Drukhari loose to slaughter sime Imperial Fists this afternoon.

Building some stuff from the depths of a storage box:
Mostly alot of 3e(?) Starter set orks.
A few random non-GW minis still in blisters.
A stray Inquisitor.
Re-basing a few RT Eldar that were mixed in.

Nearly finished my HH Deathsworn. The FW models have lots of character, but they are too short, and rather pricey, so I used the new Mk III bodies plus bits from the Wulfen set. I sourced the heads and grenades separately from Egg Head Miniatures (a great site for HH model bits). Behind the Deathsworn is their Speaker of the Dead (a converted Ulric the Slayer).

I almost finished working on Halsin from Secret War and began basing him. I did more work on a cool Inquisitor proxy I bought from Etsy and another version of Attelus. I've also been slowly fixing up my old High Elf Prince Alladhiir Alkanthos mini, sorta inspired by the return of the Old World and because I bought a regiment of archers, Sword Masters, and Spearmen each. Maybe one day, I will get to work on my dragon.

Everything I’ve painted this year, having maintained a 47 day streak of activity.

Shockingly close to finishing off my Age of Darkness Infantry, which means I’ll soon be on to the Dreads and Tanks.

assembled primed and made a start on a Mgea-City residents mob, assembled some league of fatties models, including using the models own weight in filler or so it felt at the time

ordered some 300mm square MDF tiles to make a board for Judge Dredd, necromunda, stargrave and similar sci-fi/near future skirmish games

some wash, green and silver on some more legions stuff, dreadnoughts this time

I'm 1/2 through building a Warlord Titan for Imperialis.
I'll finish it's torso & arms/weapons tomorrow.

Finished my Halsin mini; I'm thinking of freehanding the medicae symbol on his chest plate and bag; we'll see. Also did more work on the new Attelus; I've pretty much finished everything except his face, which I'm practising faces up to before starting it.

I began painting an IG proxy commando mini that's part of a group I've had sitting around primed for a while. I did his face in detail to practice. I painted one of them to use as a member of my Inquisition force in the Inquisitor's agents squad. It was a month ago, maybe? I forgot the recipe I used, though, and I used the wrong green on his armour panels, but I think it looks better than the first mini, so I'm actually tempted to go back and repaint the old one.

Replaced armament for one of my zombie peasants. Changed her axe to a pick.

Even though I've begun painting my Legion Imperialis Auxillia infantry, I'm going to have to take a moment tonight & color code the Ogyn, flamer, & Storm squad bases ahead of Thursdays game.
I just couldn't pick them out visually today once they were all on the table....

Finished a couple of commandoes and onto a 4th. They're quite fun to paint, even though I made the mistake of using a layer paint as a base paint for most of the armour, so have to do a bit more work to cover it.
