I know many people have been tossing this around as a joke.
But dang it, the more I think about it an army of defilers just seems way to awesome.
So I'm here to ask your help in creating the Defiler Kingdom Codex!
HQ
Reaver Titan?
Warhound Titan?
(I don't have any of my books with me at the moment so I can't really recall anything that'd fit in here.
Elites
Unbound Defiler
Troops
Defiler
I think that for the troop section all you really need is Defilers, maybe give them a few more options or such.
Fast Attack
Brass Scorpion
Heavy Support
I remember reading though Devian*sp? Thousand son's Paint Blog and seeing his Defiler which he'd cut off the entire top Knight part and put on top some sort of large weapon. I believe that something along those lines is appropriate in the Heavy Support with some special rules for it.
Now obviously this is a very vague list with not a lot of chooses so please go ahead and come up with some stuff that would fit in these category's or say were you think they SHOULD go etc!

While the idea sounds cool, I don't think it's going to work out well in practice. An entire army of nothing but armor value units is a bit over the top (which is why GW removed Armor Company from being a tournament list). There are just too few weapons that your opponent can bring to the table that have a chance (no matter how small) of hurting your units....all of them. It might be possible if you reworked the stats for defilers and made them monstrous creatures with a toughness of 5 or 6 (and no higher than 6) but then it kind of falls into the pit traps of Nid Zilla.
I'm certainly not opposed to trying to hash out rules for an army of this nature, but if you are really serious about doing this, you need to think less about how cool it would be to play an army of defilers and think more about how cool it would be to play against an army of defilers. If you design an army to play against, it's much more likely that you'll come up with something balanced.

Alright let me explain a little more this list would only ever really see maybe one two close friends eyes, I'm doing it for fun, because yes, I think it is cool.

OK, if you're really serious about fielding this, I'd suggest:
HQ
1 Chaos Lord
- Venerable Defiler
- Venerable Unbound Defiler
Elite
- Dreadnought
- Terminators
- Cult CSM
Troops
- Possessed
- CSM
- generic Lesser Daemons
Fast
- Unbound Defilers
- Raptors
Heavy
- Defilers
- Havocs
Titans and other Superheavies are out, because they're just not things that opponents can deal with. Same with a wall of AV12 Ordnance.

Well, i think you have something going here, and it may only be seen by his friends, yes, but i think that if you are going to use only defilers, then you should naturally make them all (or at least most) of them count as living things, because all a defiler really is is a massive-arse demon inside a shell that shoots big bullets from its chest. And i think you should do what pheonix suggested, and think of how you would like to play against your own creation. But that doesnt mean that you shouldnt try to publish it. Good luck.

hmm sounds like a good plan. Though I'd have no idea were to start; I'll start thinking of sort of statline for it.
Do you think there should be a "flesh" equal to each of the entries?
@JohnHwangDD; Really appreciate the input.
I'd agree with your HQ seems nice and as Pheonix said I could make them statline based.
However I'm a little unsure on the Cult CSM, CSM, Raptors, and Havocs seems a little to much to me like a slightly different order of the CSM book.
Plus fluff wise seems less sense (yea fluff, cus you know Defiler Kingdom is totally not random) wise I spose if they were "slaves" of some sort, but then I'd just play CSM's and say thats its fluff. Point is im trying to come up with something a bit different.
I'll think of some statlines and such. Thanks for input so far ^.^

Fluff-wise, a Defiler is a bound Daemon. So Possessed should be available as Troops, which means they swap with the Cult Marines for balance.
Besides, being able to take a Defiler as a HQ, 3 Dreads as Elites, 3 Unbound Defilers as Fast, and 3 regular Defilers as Heavy is plenty enough walking armor.
Again, if you want a pure Defiler force, then you just play Apocalypse and be done.
If you want to break out something that someone might be willing to play against, then you need to take a step back from the extreme.

No but this is the Defiler Kingdoms, like the Ogre Kingdoms. You don't have to take normal people as Core in Ogre Kingdoms. You get to take Ogres!!!!!!!!!!!!3
So in Defiler Kingdoms, every choice should have a Defiler of some sort. It'd be totallyawesomeradicalyeahmushroom!

@JohnHwangDD: Sounds fine then, and I see your point. I spose the Cult marine stats would be the same as the those found on the Datasheet for them.
This is also true about making sure the opponent wants to play against it.
