Both Dante and Sanguinor will follow the colors of the guards. Since it's a successor chapter of sort they are not really Dante and Sanguinor.

i also love to your stuff, I followed your blog since even before you came to Dakka. i really love 1) The colours on the Venator and the San Guard 2) The weathering on the Venator. Great work mate!
Oh and Akaranseth, would it be to much to ask what paints you used to paint the redish purple on those marines. Cheers, BT.

So last week I had to submit my HQ entry for the painting challenge at the store I work for. So here is my "count as Dante" model. A simple conversion to fit with the rest of the sanguinary guards:
 
 
Next step is Fast Attack so three landspeeders for me but before that I have a giant monster to work on call a Boelg:

I noticed Akaranseth's blending is top notch and every way superior to many other GD winners.
Why did he only get bronze? do judges have something against air brushes?

Best way to discribe judging is the only difference between gold, and bronze is judges personal choice. A demon is a win no matter the color is what Jakob rune Neilson says.

LunaHound: the pictures are qyite small. I thought i had uploaded a 600 pixels... This tank was done in two days so there is plenty of little mistakes and imperfection. Overall i'm pretty happy with bronze in this case.
