A war is started against the city. It is swift to build new armies.

A Circus comes to town.

Tilly Tonka and COunt Gout get arrested, and all non-human lifeforms are no longer allowed. The base of the Imperium of Mankind is hence formed.

A Clown car from the circus collides with a pie truck from the bakery. This touches of a massacre of epic proportions in the greater downtown area.

Tilly Tonka's palace is recommissioned under Imperial governance and Count Gout's laboratory is gifted to the Adeptus Mechanicus. A munitions factory, a chem farm, and a meat packing plant spring up around the laboratory.

The incidence of clown spawned massacres falls dramatically after the slaughthouse opens in a well to do neighborhood that bears the dutch flag - even though no dutch have been allowed into the city - and extreme resentment prevents any from moving there. The rate of psychotic episodes and antisocial behavior begins to grow in this particular region of the city.

Any remaining Dutch or other alien types are rounded up and moved to a ghetto outside of town.

A town hall, 3 houses and a shop are opened. A small road is made.

A Tavern is built.

The tavern keeper becomes the de facto judge jury and executioner after a particularly nasty incident involving three midgets, a squat, six dwarves, two gnomes, eight goblins, a nymph, four pigmy's, seventeen skaven, two imps, and over a hundred gretchen get into a brawl inside his establishment in the spirit of the winter solstice.

The incident becomes a national holiday and forever celebrated by with the crowning of a squat sitting atop a pyramid of green and brown fur, decorated with flashy baubles and burning "nymph and imp" lights.

As part of the holiday, the Tavern Keeper takes it upon himself to climb through the drain holes of the homes of sleeping children. For each, he gifts a pint of ale and for the especially boisterous and belligerent, he bestows the finger of a gretchen - warning them he is watching, waiting for them to come of age of his judgement.
