Been to NY a couple times and never really found it to be nearly as bad as people like to portray it. In fact most of the people I have met were nice. Of course it is always been New York City so I'm not sure about places like Albany or Rochester so maybe the people there are just terrible.
People in Albany and Rochester and so forth are about as polite as people anywhere else, I've found.

Well - they have everything they need to become a super force. Thing is - they are growing to fast and there is no way they can sustain that. It's about the worst place in the world to live if you are poor...they have a literal cast system. It's likely they are going to burn out and destroy themselves.

The same unsustainable growth applies to China though. The CCP has been desperate to redirect the economy towards more long term sustainability. Plus India has the population advantage while China's one child policy is going to cause havoc in the upcoming decades. They reversed it too late.

But yes, it's not exactly an unknown sound. I hear it slightly less than when I lived in New York, but I was also living across the street from a former trucker whose buddies liked to say hi when they went past...actually, if you discount that, I probably hear actual horns in traffic more these days.
Use of car horns, of course, doesn't really paint the whole picture of the way people treat and interact with each other, which is what the original point was about.

Even if you did your own research on Trump from multiple sources its abundantly clear that Trump as a businessman is terrible, he is a celebrity brand because of opportunities offered to him by the media. Trump objectively is a bad dealmaker because he can't compromise and his multiple bankruptcies. The idea only survives due to confirmation bias.
Not saying that you should ignore all news. There really isn't an impartial source anywhere these days. Just agenda pushers.

Oh, I see. I suspect you are wrong, and he will go down as literally the worst President, if not in all history, at least modern American history. But I think as we continue to move to a post-fact society that won't matter to a sizeable portion of citizens.

Most likely, but there will be less of an incentive to skimp, and at least the money would still be directed to actual official uses, not just a larger paycheck for the Sherriff. From the sounds of it, the money comes from a specific account not allocated for general use, so I imagine redirecting it to other uses will entail more oversight, as opposed to being allowed to legally embezzle funds.

Have you not played Civ etc? When you're a vassal state you usually get a defense pact with your overlords, so China won't dare attack the US for fear of Russian retaliation.

He's already got an atrocious human right's record, he's under a massive investigation which is already leading to convictions, are a couple good numbers going to cover that for you?
We might even moving into the world of using law enforcement to intimidate his personal enemies with how today's gone. But here's to hoping it was a few hairbrained fools rather than anything directed.

How in the world would the most corrupt and incompetent president we've ever had in the last 200 years go down as the best, especially coming right after Obama who got gak on a platter handed to him and turned it around? Trump and the GOP like to complain that Obama ruined the country without ever looking at the numbers, but suddenly when it's trump in office those same numbers are good or amazing.
