I thought I'd get the ball rolling, so we could use a single thread

the arrangement would be straightforward. you are buying a starter set. you really only want one of the armies. you are willing to trade ALL of the parts of the other army for duplicates

individual trades of things should go in another forum

people can pair up and work out shipping details amongst themselves

this will save us all from buying bitz! I assume there are atleast several dozen of us buying a black reach set or two. arranging the exchanges this way will speed the process up for everyone who wants 10 terminators asap or 6 deffkoptas.

if you post and come to an arrangement, please edit your post to say so.. save yourself from endless PM's

im liking the idea, makes life alot easier, should be getting the box soon, and will need to swap the orks for marines

ideally this thread should be restricted to straight all orks for all marines swaps

if you want to arrange specific trades, please put it in another forum.

the idea is that there are probably a dozen people on each side, and it will be easiest to list out here and pair up rather than negotiating piece by piece.

So i'm sorted.
In the end i split three sets and i got the marines.
I know you know what's in the box but it still helps to look at it like this.

I got:
3 x commanders (i only want 1...)
3 x dreadnoughts
15 x terminators
30 x tacticals
2 x rule book
1 x set of dice and templates

he got:
3 x warlord
9 x deffcopters
15 x nobs
60 x orks
1 x book
2 x dice and templates.

not bad for £60 each?
I'm happy he's happy win win

Don't forget to bring some clippers with you you'll need to separate the marines from the orks because the sprues are mixed.

Well, I'm not looking to trade, per se. I'm more than happy with the marines I have at the moment.

However, if someone is looking to recoup the cost from buying Black Reach, I am more than happy to offer 20 bucks plus shipping to anyone in the United States for their Orky halves. If you order from The Warstore, that's damn near half the cost of it anyway.

Not that I need any more deffkopterz. I've already got 18 by doing this on a couple other forums. Still, I am in love with the Boyz and these nobz, and more kopterz just means a bigger formation for Apocalypse as far as I am concerned.

I'm gonna be getting my blood angels soon (around October 4th), and I'm trying to start up an ork army. Two problems though is that they're already painted and I'm not sure how many guys I have, the last time I saw them was 2 1/2 years ago.

Heres what I think I have:

I have some marine bitz if you need me to make up a little. I think the marines are worth more than the orks though.
