I posted this guy in my WIP thread here, but figured since he was finished that he should have his own...

After shortening his neck a little, resculping the hood and ears, and adding the fur on his hands, he looks rather a lot like this:

He's not perfect... his hands are terrible, and his feet are a little hoofy, but I'm pretty happy with him as a first attempt. Next one will be better

NOt fat as such.... But definately chunky. Great first attempt though.

I think if you shortened the body, arms and legs by a bit while keeping the same thickness, it´d look great.

Oh, and the hood looks great also.

im now getting ideas of a ewok IG army, looted sentinals and tanks

alot of work, but you have to love the fuzzly little buggers.

It varied a little. The taller ones tended to be a little less round.

This guy did turn out a tad lanky... he's sculpted on a halfling armature from eBob, simply because it was about the right size. I'll trim the armature body down a bit for the next one, which will hopefully help him to come out a little more in correct ewok-ish proportion.

No, not for 40K. The other 3 Ewoks in the painted picture are from WotC's Star Wars Miniatures game.

Hmmm....what rule set could I use to represent Ewoks in 40k? Kroot? No, too vicious. IG? That way I could use Sentinels as captured AT-STs. Nah. I think the only way I could properly play Ewoks would be with using the Ork rules and have them all as Gretchin...

Great sculpt, btw - love the paint job on it, too. It fits right in with the WotC minis!
