Hey man, you know I like and respect your lists but I'd like to throw down the gauntlet here:
You've written a number of lists for 5th edition, and a number of comments blasting people for saying lists are very good calling them 4th ed lists. What about writing a meta-list for 5th edition?
People know where the strengths of 4th edition were, but are trying to find out where they are in 5th edition. Things that were okay in 4th flamers and plasma cannons, are suddenly great to have. Things that were awesome in 4th, zippy fast tanks, aren't so hot in 5th edition.
Not an attack, but you've claimed to have the line on 5th edition so how about not just posting lists but a write up on what is strong at the meta level in 5th and what is weak.

This list is ... pure fail as far as Sisters are concerned.
It looks quite good until - Priests? Really? There is no sitting on objectives daring your opponent to knock you off. You pretty much cannot ever rapid-fire your guns. And when you get assaulted, you're counting on Stubborn Ld 9 to hold - it's good, but it fails 1/6 times. And if it does, that's a huge portion of your army that you just lost... The Holy Rage is too much of a crutch and your opponent can take way too much advantage of it.
Also, I think that with foot only, that there needs to be some Multimelta Retributors.

It's an interesting list. I don't see how you are going to take down a mech list or anything with range.
Your three multi-melta squads are easy points in a kill point game. With the retributors coming in a close second.
It will do alright in the objectives scenario but I don't see how this is going to make it across the table in the dawn of war scenario.
Of course that is based off of the last set of ard boyz scenario's.
@stjohn70 Agree about the multi-melta retributors and the priests. If I were going to use priests I would want them in a celestians squad. Celestians should be the only squad that ever gets into hth in a sisters army. I still think that the uber canoness celestian unit with a priest and a borrowed land raider could be fun, but man is that a lot of points.
@Deadshane1: About the only use I can see for a seraphim is a small 5 man with dual flamers deep striking to go after loota's, scout's, sniper's, etc. It's only a 124ish points and with the krak grenades they could actually hurt a tank. I'm not sold on it but that's about the best use I can think of for them.

Mech Lists die to 6 S8+2D6 attacks with re-rolls. There are 8 meltaguns and 3 multimeltas, not sure why everyone ignores those. Is 20 meltaguns the right number for 2500? I didn't get the memo.
The Celestians are easy kill points. They are there specifically for that reason. Go ahead, shoot them.
Celestians don't have the numbers to carry the day in CC. Not since they were nerfed out of CCW+BP they don't.
Dawn of War? You run, like everyone else does with any foot army in said scenario.

Heck, I know several purists that would say that Priests violate the all-Sisters theme.

Sure you pop the vehicle then whatever was in it gets to shoot/assault you on the next turn. Or better yet your opponent gets to unload and then use the rhino's to block off squads and allows him to isolate parts of your army.
I will say that this is where the immolator type list is not as good since the immy was what's doing the damage. But if it's the contents that do the damage your in trouble.
I guess my take on it would be something like this:

@stjohn: I have to agree with stelek it was for a foot sisters list. I was tempted to stick the inquistors in there too  . However removing the all sisters restriction it looks pretty good. I think 3 multi-melta retributors might be over doing it tho.
Still no plasma cannons tho? I would have thought yours would have been the perfect list for it.

Maybe 12 MM is overdoing it... maybe not. No Plasma Cannons as those squads are the anti-horde. What purpose would PC even serve?
My list has 9 HB, 2 Psycannon, 12 MM, 12 meltaguns, 4 flamers, and 88 bolters... seems ok to me.

The PC just gives some long range ap2. Nice for use against feel no pain and termies. Not really needed but I never feel right taking a shooty list without some sort of long range template weapon. It's also nice for when someone deep strikes to get to plate them before they run.
Kind of on a side note. With 2 out of 3 scenarios being objective based has anyone even tried the orbital bombardment? I'm curious. I always end up wanting to use all three heavy support slots for something else but in the 1500-1750 I wonder if it might be a decent choice.

Setup 12" apart.
I'm foot, I go first.
I move 6", I run D6".
Now you have the SAME options as before, except no matter where you go I will be able to get to you.
The only exceptions to this are:
You fall back.
We setup in quarters.
Dawn of war.
Now if I'm playing foot against mech, am I an idiot and running my army in a long congo line for you to refuse flank?
Of course not. I'm setup in a box waiting for you to come and give me all you've got.
Bring your 40 Sisters in boxes.
I have 80.
You lose.

What game are you playing where you set up 12" apart? Pitched battle is 24". Dawn of war is 18". Spearhead is 24". You move up 6" and I'll even give you a run of 6". I flame you on turn one. Or if you hang back I position myself so that the back end of my rhino is more than 12" away from you. Its not that hard to do.
For some reason you keep thinking that I don't want to close with your list. I'm perfectly happy closing with your list. I'll take 2 of my rhino mounted squads with dual flamer against one of your squads any day of the week. Or even a canoness squad and 1 foot squad and I'll be more than happy to plow into you.
I'm not seeing how you are boxing anything in with your foot. You are putting them out front to get assaulted or shot.
And we havent even discussed me using my rhino's to force you to assault instead of getting to rapid fire.
Btw at this points level I have 80 sisters and you've got about 120ish. So instead of 2:1 you have me outnumbered by about 1/3. And that 3rd can't even hurt me until after I've gotten out of my vehicles.
I outrange you with the exorcists which means you are going to have to come to me in a kp game.
And if you want to sit in a box for an objectives game be my guest. Same with the deployment zone objectives.
Remember this is all the ard boyz scenarios the only mission you can sit in your box is kp and that's only if your opponent has no range. Also remember none of my transports give up kp's.
