I did a price comparsion on ebay and called a couple of old school boardgames retailers to get my prices. Either you want it or you don't. Very easy,

Jesus Christ. I got my WHQ stuff for half what you're asking, and it was from an eBay store that was 10% higher than most bid items (because you could just buy it, rather than bidding for it).

None of those character packs, other than the Wardancer and Ranger, are worth anything over $50. My Witch Hunter cost me $40 and was pro-painted and still came with all the cards and rules.

Seems like you just on eBay, found The Sheriff & The Frog eBay store, which also happens to be the place I got my WQuest stuff from, saw their prices, added 10-20% to the prices, and called it 'research'.

I've found half of the stuff you've got there for prices that don't even border on £50.

So if you find that I'm being hostile, I'm just telling it how it is.

Actually I think letting people know that your charging too much for what your selling is fairly good of him.

If you notice many of his auctions do not include original packaging and minis. My stuff does. May not mean much to you guys, but collectors want original packing if possible.

$500 I'd serously look at buying the lot.
$1300 (after quick head sums) and I'm all tapped out (especially with the US dollar so strong ATM), although I understand that you are looking to sell it off piecemeal to collectors at a premium.

I'm not attempting to do anything, Gonads, beyond pointing out an absurd set of prices and the more absurd reasons behind them.

It took me less than 30 seconds to find multiple WQuest items for prices far below what the Old Man is asking for. And as for them being in their original boxes, these aren't 1st Edition Star Wars toys or G1 Transformers. It's not like an NIB model isn't going to be taken out of said blister or box the moment the person gets it.

Yikes, Let the man ask the price he wants, he isn't trying to take advantage of anyone. People should do background research when buying anything, and due to their excellent condition I think it's plausible to sell but it's his decision to ask what he wants. Just back off, feel free to think what you want but you don't have to come in and harass the guy.

I have no desire to play it. None at all.

I have Hero Quest. It's more simple to play and not as much to collect. I'm not going out of my way to finish HQ neither.

For the record all this is on ebay.
