Hey guys, just want to get a feel for how many dakka guys will be there with me and what armies you guys happen to be bringing

I will be there with my Sisters of Battle!

Also, is it worth displaying my army on friday? or is it better for things such as players choice to display each day?

I'll be attending Baltimore, and will be arriving Fri evening.

I'm bringing Dark Eldar (Kabal of the Tortured Soul).

I have no idea about the display portion of it though.

1st Lustrian Imperial Guard Regiment will be there, in all their Lizardman conversion glory.

Yes, I think it would be worth it to display your army on Friday night and get the paint scoring out of the way. At Vegas I had to chase downa judge to get mine done and they took all of two minutes (maybe) in the middle of a game. By doing it Friday, the army will be well displayed, and they 'should' have more time to grade it.

Player's Choice is totally separate and if you're going for taht you will want to display it again later, they'll announce when this occurs.

gorgon, out of curiousity, what rules are you using for your GS Cult? I'm working mine up using the Ork codex, hopefully ready for next year's GTs.

I'm using them as Orks.

Patriarch = Warboss
Hybrids = Boyz
Brood Brothers = Grotz
etc.

They seem like the best "mutant militia" fit now that LatD are dead.

We'll see if I deserve the 'awesome' tag Sunday. After all, I only went 3-2 at Vegas. Hoping to improve a little bit this weekend.

On another topic, group photo of Dakka Board members maybe? Say we congregate Sat after the 3rd game somewhere for a photo?

I'll be there with Blood Angels. Assuming, of course, I can get the last painting done this week. Planning on rolling in Friday evening...

Figures, though... Brought Sisters for years back when they sucked. Now they don't. Then did the same with Thousand Sons. Now Blood Angels when Ultrasmurfs get all the love! Guess I need to work on my timing!

Oh, and Mondo, if you're going to pawn the beer or better I owe you to pay other debts, please let me know in advance!

It's actually more correct to say:

"1 BA player who owes a beer or better to 1 awesome IG player who owes me a beer".

Of course, the aforementioned "me" is not actually "me" (since that would mean that I owe myself a beer) but rather the "me" that will update this thread. If that makes sense.
