I'm starting an empire army as a side project to my dwarf army. i mostly did it because of the characters that I write about are from the empire so i wanted to create the minis for them. anyways, one of my characters is hilde, shes the romantic interst for the main character gilles wolf (hes half bertonian.). so in my tabletop army shes the standard bearer for the army and i can't quite find a good model for her. what i need is a female human in heavy or full plate armor, or one that can be easely be converted to one. i was thinking of using the one on foot because of the pose that can have the staff converted into a banner pole and the dress turned into chainmail very easely.

if anyone has any better models that have plate armor and can be converted to carry a banner pole easely that would be alot better.

You have two choices for models on foot, either one of the 40k female inquisitors, or Sisters of Sigmar. For the sisters of Sigmar, the matriarch which comes in the boxed set is probably the best for this, but be aware that she is... not svelte.

Sisters of battle might also work, but be prepared to do quite a lot of work. If you go that route, the original squad sergeant is probably the easiest to work with, just remove her arms at the shoulder and replace with selected empire plastic arms.

For a model on horseback (which is a good choice with the 7th edition rules), you could go with the Repanse figure as mentioned by sonofruss.

I think that you will find that Repanse's body is smaller than the legs in question. To hide this disparity more, you may want to add a cloak.

Please do post pictures, we are all looking forward to it.
