I'll go ahead and recommend any of the AT-43 terrain pieces for 40K players. Plenty of walls and 2-3 Bunkers makes a great/cheaper alternative to the FW Defense Line stretches.

Building a life-size version would be a cheaper Forge World alternative.

Okay guys, i need fast help here: These prices are simply too good to pass up. Can anyone suggest a good selection of Red Blok figs to purchase? Looks like it's time to get into a game that doesn't suck years of painting time just to finish 100 figures.

That would be because FFG have lost their exclusive distributor status, I believe.

Not lost, so much as chose not to continue the contract. They didn't want it. It was a pretty big mess what with Rackham being in and out of bankrupcy. FFG is clearing the stuff out direct to customers, and making some pretty good deals to stores.

When these are gone though, it's over, FFG certainly won't be restocking this stuff.

A bit OT, but has anyone played this game? AT-43? The models look pretty good and the prices there aren't too bad. Just wondered how the game itself was.

A bit cartoony but with some aquilas and skulls that should be sorted, I would love one, but I live in the UK so they won't let me have one

Probably never cause they won't be distributing AT-43 anymore. This deal is likely the result of them wanting to liquidate their inventory.

FFG had a one year contract until Rackham was back in the position to organize their own distribution system. Since FFG is going to release DUST there would have been competing lines, which would have caused problems.

Well, this is a useless topic. Anything I might have wanted is gone and quite unlikely to return. I read Dakkadakka regularly, yet seem to always be five minutes too late for deals like this.

That makes sense. Any sort of large financial outlay in Rackham would seem a little risky just now...
