I heard of some legendary demon weapon, just consulted the net and apparently its a giant demon gun, want to put it on my iron warriors warsmith, anyone give some help?

The rules for this only appeared in the 3rd edition Chaos Space Marines codex, which was also used through most of 4th edition. It fired S6 Ap3 shots. Right now probably your best bet to simulate it would be to take a Chaos Lord with the Tzeentch daemon weapon.

I was going to make the Warsmith Honsou and maybe create rules for it, any help?

It just so happens I have the old codex with the kai gun description AND rules, Ok here goes;
Kai Gun
When warp storm Gae-sann enveloped the Kai system in M34 it absorbed into the Eye of Terror a pwerful industrial culture. The Machine Smiths of Kai bartered their skills for a measure of protection, learning to fashion weapons of the warp that they could not have conceived of before. Their ploy eventually failed and the Daemon hordes descended to fight for possession of these new domains. All that remained after the destruction of Kai was the weapons they had built to appease their slayers
The Kai Gun is a huge Bolter of archaic design, so large that a normal man would be unable to lift it. It is a two handed weapon (you do not gain an extra attack for having two weapons). The gun is a psychic catalyst, turning the hate and malice of its firer into tangible bolts of energy. The Kai Gun is a normal ranged weapon with the following profile:
Range: 24" Str 6 AP 3 Assault 2 The Kai Gun costs 25 points

That is quite the profile, NB that because this was the old Codex the points cost may have to be taken with a pinch of salt, hope that helped

A Chaos Lord with Mark of Tzeentch has a 4+ invunlerable, don't forget. So there goes your bionics fluff supported by rules.

I might just take a lord with tzeench demon weapon after all.

yea that kaigun was pretty leathal in combat too. i had a chaos lord wrote up that used that often. it was a GREAT way to thin down a squad before assaulting the pooh outta them
