So with this I'm going for a somewhat different angle on the pariah.
More of a unit attachment than a single elite unit.
Please give criticism.
I'm very iffy on the points value since it is written as moi-uber...
also this is going to be put into a FNP necron revision list
changes from the codex have been highlighted

Pariahs - [ Elites ] // points/model: 75 // Ws, Bs, S, T, W, I no change, A:2, Ld, Sv no change
Number/squad: 1-3 (one per army restriction removed)
Weapons: Warscythe with built in Staff of Light
SPECIAL RULES
Soulless: no change
Psychic Abomination: Any psyker, synapse or demon within 6” of a Pariah at the start of their turn must take a leadership check of fall back along with any squad they are leading. If the psyker, synapse or demon is in close combat at the time and fails the leadership check, he will not fall back but will only hit on a 6 in the Assault phase for that turn. Any psyker, synapse or demon within 24” of a Pariah will suffer a -1Ld roll to use any psykic or demonic power.
Stubborn: WH40k5th
Independent Character Group: A unit of pariahs count as a single independent character. The character group follows the rules of both infantry squads and independent characters.

75 points each and they gain an extra attack?

SoCal, USA!

Why not have the Pariah take on the Veteran Sergeant role?

Necron Warriors
Warrior WS4 BS4 S4 T4 W1 I2 A1 Ld10 Sv3+ FNP
Pariah WS4 BS4 S5 T4 W2 I3 A3 Ld10 Sv3+ FNP

Pariah
- One Warrior may be upgraded to a Pariah for +15 pts
- The Pariah may have a Warscythe incorporating a Gauss Blaster for +20 pts
- Fearless - A Pariah is Fearless and confers this upon his unit
- Souless (no change)
- Psychic Abomination - Psykers may not target the Pariah or his unit with any Psychic powers or abilities; Pariahs are not affected by Psychic powers or abilities.

This solves a couple problems for the Necrons by making Warriors much better:
- it gives them some HtH capability
- it boosts Ld to Fearless and messes with enemy Ld
- it gives the core Troops some psychic defense

What's not to like?

H.B.M.C.: 75 points each and they gain an extra attack?
well I just put 75pts as a starting point
it's more for being able to bury up to 3 of them in a squad of 10+ Warriors/Immortals/Flayed Ones etc.
the Staff of Light & expanded anti-psi effects
They're kinda fragile, any suggestions for a better point value?
Since I think being able to attach them would be a points bump.

JohnHwangDD: Why not have the Pariah take on the Veteran Sergeant role?
This would eliminate them from being able to join other units.
Also having non-unified unit upgrades seems to be against the soul(lessness) of the army.
and I would like to keep it fitting with a number of synergistic units rather than multiple multi-function units (like marines)

The Pariahs that I'm going to be testing as soon as I've put mine together will be:

45-55 Points Each (or thereabouts - probably edging towards the 55 mark given they ignore Invul saves)
WS4 BS4 S5 T5 W2 I4 A2 Ld10 Sv2+
4-12 per squad (0-1 squad per army)
Warscythe w/Gauss Blaster (R24 S5 AP5 Assault 2/Twin-Linked)
Soulless Rule Unchanged

Not sure if I should give then FNP or not yet. Basically super-Terminators.

I'm leaning towards sans-FNP on the Pariahs, since I don't see them self-repairing (because of their squishy insides).

Is the Gauss Blaster in your build-out Rending or codex Gauss?
the 2+ save seems a bit beef, mostly with the T5 W2, but then they don't have the Terminator iSv 5+

Codex Gauss. And yes, I left off the 5+(Inv). I may include it, may not. Depends on the how they work out.

These aren't tested, as I said, it's just my initial profile that I want to test - my interpretation of what GW tried (and failed) to do with Pariahs when they did them.
