looks good, very tidy.
you should think about trying out some washs they will help the models look less flat.

Excellent work for a first army. Your base coats are even and neat. It looks like you have excellent brush control. ++
Do you live near a GW? THey give free painting tips. Look for the best painted stuff in the case, ask who painted it, and get lessons from them.

your color choices are kind of strange.... and yet some how they look really good together. that green is super bright but again, it contrasts very nicely with the darker colors (a similar plan i have for my orks) any ways those are super specially for being your first army. your deffinetly on the right track man!

@panic - I wash them after the foundation and base paint is on, then do the highlights. I like the results alot better with solid highlights rather than dry-brushing, so the color seems alot denser i guess.
@valhallan - So far I've just been learning on my own, and I don't have the guts to walk into the flgs and asking questions...
@king - It's a tzeentch army so I kind of pictured them bright and glowing with magic, and you're right, the green definitley contrasts perfectly with the darker pallet.
