I want to add a bionic bits to my models as a theme. Does anyone know where I can find good plastic bionic pieces for 40k infantry scale models? I don't see much in the 40k product line. Thanks!

Well, the new Ork Nobz definitely have some Cybork bitz, but they might be a little on the large side for what you're looking for.
I know there used to be some Iron Hands stuff you could get for Space Marines, but I honestly don't recall whether those were metal or plastic.
Likewise, you can probably find some bit with the Pit Slave models from Necromunda, but those are definitely going to be pewter rather than plastic.

It might be too obvious where the source came from, but I always felt that chopping up some plastic Necron Warriors would give a goodly collection of bionic limbs and bits.

Is there anything in the AT-43 range or any other game that could work?

I use the chainsword forearm from the space marine captain. True it might be a bit big for a normal bionic arm, but in my opinion it looks klunky and reflects the inferior bionics available to a battlefield surgeon in the mists of a warzone

Maybe some Therian parts, but there's not really any Bionics in AT-43. Also, Therians don't really have hands, they form parts of their arms into the weapons.
