First is a 40k cityfight-esque RPG campaign revolving around single squads, sort of like DND meets WH40k. You would start out with maybe 5 minis and level them up, increase their stat lines, and eventually add gear or universal special rules while adding squad members and eventually vehicles and going through an MMO-like world. Some of you may think that this is complicated, but I have way too much time on my hands anyways.

Second is something much simpler, using our own bodies to represent warlord+ level titans on apoc games on smaller boards, so that they fit in with a 4-6 player 15k vs 15k game on a simple 'realm of battle' board. Example, I would be a warlord titan, one of my arms would be a volcano cannon, another would be a gatling blaster, my shoulders would be an inferno cannon and turbo laser.

*takes deep breath*

(Hopefully I posted this on the right board this time. *Looks* Ok, 40k proposed rules.)

You need to look up the =][=munda threads in the modelling forums. They were doing something very similar.

I think migsula or malfred... probably migs... was the one doing a lot of the modelling and got everyone started. Maybe have a word with him.

It's Migs.

@ Masaioh:

You're basically looking to play Necromunda. Take a look in the Specialist Games Section of the GW site. Also, any of the =I=munda threads in P&M blogs and the Skirmish Scale Games sections here on Dakka.

Just remember folks. Panic. Panic all the time. It's the only way to survive, other than just being mindful, of course-but geez, that's so friggin' boring. - Aegis Grimm

I'm bumping this because nobody has answered my 2nd question.

The answer to your second question is easy:

Do you want all your friends touching you?

You just *had* to twist that, didn't you? It would obviously be possible to use stand-in markers for when we need to, y'know, actually move.

I think it'd be easier to use something other than yourself.

And it wasn't so much twisting it, but more a case of an honest question:

Do you really want your friends putting their hands all over you as they try to move things around? I suspect that you'd find it quite annoying in the end.
