i am creating the black crusade as an apocalpse formation and would like to know of thoughts on special rules that it could confer to any models in the formation.

the black crusade is a huge gathering of billions of daemons, chaos marines, renegades and all manner of unspeakable beings. i need a special rule that is awesome and fits the history of the black crusades. any ideas are welcome.

2 of each corresponding Daemon unit (plaguebearers, daemonettes, bloodletters, horrors(or flamers, I forget))
(Insert free strategic assets here, plus special rules)
Done and dusted.

At any point during the game the playing opposing Abaddon can simply defeat him. Abaddon is removed from play immediately. If the owning player does not shout 'I'll get your next time Cadia! Next time!' he automatically loses the game.

Maybe we could know what the formation actually is? Unless you have billions of assorted models, I don't think you gave us that basic info.
From the preliminary, it sounds like you're looking for some awesome cheese sauce to go on top of your chaos spam so you can make the Imperial players pee their pants and run away because the rules you [we] made were so awesome and terrifying.
(In which case I think HBMC is spot on...)
