So a while back Micro Art studio made some really cool Ork heads with gasmasks and WW1 German (spike) style helmets. I'm going to use those as the heads for custom built Kommando squads for my Ork Kommando army.

However, they now have even more Ork heads in the works that I spotted on thewarstore. The new heads have a great Orky look, there's ones with general and captain caps, along with WW1 German helmets without gasmasks. But the best feature? Gretchin with pot style helmets. Makes me want to take extra units of gretchin just for the hell of it.

Anyone else excited about these?

Very cool stuff. Now I know what I have to buy if I ever revisit my Orks.

yeah,
the goblin generals and troops look good.
pitty you can't zoom in for a better look.

I might get some? but I'd like to look at the details first.

Panic...

They seem to have more detail than the normal Ork heads, that's for sure. I also prefer their meatier jaw structure and more toothy mouths as opposed to the GW Ork head which is cartoonish.

While I certainly won't be using them for all my Orks, I think mixing in a few in my Boyz squads and using them for Nobs and special units will be nice.

They look cute. Have they told what weapons they will sculpt them yet?
