... from www.tabletopwelt.de and translated from German:

For years stubbornly hold the rumors (or rather: dreams) for a new Codex: Necrons. Few peoples in Wh40k have such a code as the old tin men, but so far have all rumors, GW would be in a reprint number proved hollow air.

Even at the beginning of this month has again been stressed that if GW had not yet had any formal plans regarding the Necrons would be underway. Even more surprising is a highly confusing Screenshot of a reference table:

http://www.tabletopwelt.de/files/necrons_refsheet.jpg

How exactly is the leak of this information could come, is currently hot in the international forums.

As you can see, it almost gives the impression that come to a code book that is already quite far in its development has progressed. Because even new units are included, is also not a simple "Chapter Approved" similar FAQ / update, as the Space Wolves a few months ago have received.

We can therefore curious as to how it goes here!

Its a shame its probably a prank... aside from the minimalism of it, it looked interesting. Pylons, scorpions, oh my... which would win a squadrons of "necron scorpions" or a brass scorpion? The world may never know.

1st of april... and damn... looking at that sheet it looks like necrons lost WBB? They seemed to have fixed the gauss weapons (Which they all look to be unholy weapons of mass killings) and necrons now have FNP as a standard?

The wording on Warscythes is different than that used for similar weapons, and the wording for Invulnerable Saves is completely different than how other Inv Saves work in 5th ed.

Not impossible, but that makes it seem less likely.

On moon miranda.

It looks too wishlisty, and runs counter to what we've heard so far about no C'tan and multiple types of Lords.

I'm gonna go with HBMC and say check the date.

There's no way such rumors would be floating around this early. We've only barely had the IG sheet for a couple weeks.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Eh... it's plausible, I suppose, but it is April 1st over here.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

That's right. I keep forgetting that you Yanks live in the past where us Aussies live in the future. The only downside to that is that the damned Kiwi's are even more in the future with us... scary... scary thought.

Now, I know GW isn't known for their copy-editing but:

"They were designed to cut through even the best armours"

reads like it was written by someone who is not a native English speaker. Coupled with the fact that the rumor mills been coming up empty on the 'crons lately, makes me think it's probably a prank.

But then again....who knows?

If a nuclear holocaust comes to Australia, it will give us time to stockpile food and ammo in America.

Also, "Lord of Deceiving"? Wouldn't Lord of Deception sound better?

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Gauss "Flamer"? I don't think so. It doesn't sound gothic enough.

Unless it's from a playtest codex, which is possible.

As much as I want that all to be true (probably due to its wishlisty-ness), it seems to good to be true that it pops up on April 1st. And yes here in the land of Epic Win and Small Flightless Dorkbirds, it's been april 1st for over 15 hours so I'm guessing this is an April Fewels prank.

More importantly it was April 1st in Germany when it was posted on www.tabletopwelt.de... 12 minutes past midnight to be precise. So yes, an April Fool's... even without the sloppy pluralisingses in it.

Yeah that definitely didn't seem right. I mean why not just call it a flamer. "It doesn't shoot regular fire, oh no, it shoots GUASS FIRE"

Do you play 30k? It'd be a lot cooler if you did.

Disbeleive.

The English is awkward:

"Gauss weapons: Against troops..."

Should be against models or against infantry

"Disrution weapons:...cut through even the best armours..." incorrect English

"Lord of The Night" miscapitalized
"Lord of Deceiving" should be Lord of Decption

It reads like someone who is very good, but not great, at English trying to write English.

A for effort though.

Happy April 1 everyone.

The grammar is really poor, unless that is a first draft, I have my doubts.

Other than that, it is pretty cool looking, some new units in there, which would be really nice for the Necrons.

The problem is, if we do that Hitler might win WW2.
