Emp champ goes in LRC with 14 man squad. dread goes in cover with good field of view, targets tanks. grimwaldus goes with 20 man squad and they advance with LRC and VINDy. Rhino flanks going for objectives and side armor shot with hunter killer. Let me know what you guys think, thanks. Also any ideas for remaining 13 points are welcome.

For the 13 pts: I'd shave off a couple of points by dropping the Dozer Blades on the Vindicator and using the points to purchase a Hunter-Killer Missile for it instead.

Is your Rhino and LRC being used as Heavy Support or Transportation?

Rhino is used as a transport, the LRC is softens up the enemy's front line until a 12 inch move will give my EMP champ and squad something to eat.

Your army is mechanized, but your shelling out 305pts for a foot squad? Doesn't make much sense to me. The only foot squad I'd go for in mech is shooting support squad. Coming from a mechanized BT player I'd say go all rhinos or no rhinos, but thats just me. But then of course you'd have to change the loadout of one of your other squads to accommodate Grimaldus, or just remove him all together and go for a normal chappy, or marshal, whatever floats your boat.

The "mismatch" between my mostly mech. army, and the large 20 man squad is a common critique of this list. I know that it seems like my opponent is going to be able to focus anti infantry shots on this squad, I use my LRC and vindy to block he LOS from part of their army to this squad, so it forces my opponent to fire some ( but depending on the board and my deployment hopefully not alot of fire on the large man, giving him that nice movement boost. Typically my chappy squad beets my LRC squad to combat.

Yeah, the LRC will be great if you go up against a heavy infantry army, such as Tyranids, and it should give your guys enough cover to get up and personal if you go up against some Tau. If points aren't an issue and you have the models, I'd suggest adding the Servitors along with Chappy Grim.

so that unit flies up the board, even with them being my only foot squad they have never not made combat, granted sometimes they arn't very big when they get there but they get there
