Subject: accout recovery?

Recently my 360 got stolen.
im getting a new one and my account was a live one
i heard that you can do an account recovery and get it on my new console.
is that possible?
i know i probably not able to get my saved info back but achievments and the like
if so do you know how?
or do you know a link

You simply sign into your Live Account from the new 360 using the same log in, the same as if you were using your Live Account on a friend's 360(I use my account on my friend's 360 a lot and have never had any problems transferring back to my own 360). Note, that your account can only be active on a single 360, so as soon as you sign into one, it will require a re-sign in on the previous one you used, so you get the added bonus that the feth wipe who stole your old 360 will lose access to your Live Account.

okay lets just hope when i sign in hes not on either
but i never done that since none of my friends own one
would it be the same if i was singing in on xbox.com with my account?

No, you're free to sign in to xbox.com and computers with Windows Live and it won't affect your 360 sign in, even though it's the same account.

what im asking is it the same as logging in with xbox.com
as using my password and my email that i used for login
edit: i contacted them and the walked me through it
but i forgot to get them to block my account but im no to worried about him
